Dave was incredibly helpful! I was in a pinch and needed a bumper in order to pass inspection and only had 10 days to get it done. Abosultely horrible warranty. they make you pay for a warranty, and then when you go to use that warranty, they deny the claim after previously authorizing work, leaving the bill to be footed by the customer. I run an established shop in the Concord area and urge anyone thinking about using bow auto parts to try any other used auto parts dealer as this place is shady at best. if i could give zero stars i would. horrible people, awful customer service, and the worst "warranty" i have ever experienced

I was looking for a transmission for my truck and I was told that the only one they could have ready for that week was a 52k transmission when I got it I paid for a transmission that had 94k and the paperwork said it had 94k. I asked them about it and they insisted it was the 52k. They had no way to prove to me I got the transmission that I was looking for. Very disappointed with them. I had heard very good things about them.

Eddy was the person I worked with to purchase a transmission. Excellent communication, notified me as soon as it was ready for pickup. He took the time to explained the process and answered my questions. Standard 6 month warranty on the part. Option to buy a warranty extension with no pressure. Everyone from phone ordering, front desk and the warehouse was helpful and professional. Worth the driving the distance for the part.
