Critical: Professionalism Never told me there was a diagnostic charge till after they did it. Wanted 1700 to fix my car when I told them I couldn't afford to fix it at that time charged me 200$ for the diagnostic. Very disappointed!

Critical: Value 100 percent mark up from retail on parts seemed excessive. I would expect up to 50 percent but 200.00 for a 100.00 part was too much. Add in that my car now reeks of smoke and I can say with some certainty that unless I absolutely have to, I won't be back. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Highly recommend this shop! Been here a couple times now for basic maintenance and new parts/labor and everyone is always very polite, professional and helpful. Great prices for quality work, and they always seem willing to work with people. You won't be disappointed.

First place I will go for any work needed to all of my vehicles. Chris the owner, and the guys working here were very honest, and helpful with any questions and or issues with my vehicle, even if it didn't benefit their shop. Won't take my cars anywhere else, I trust them and appreciate the work they did for me.

Most honest shop in town. Me and my husband have brought our cars in for years and always have had quality work! The owner is so personable and giving! Personally donated to the volunteer Stella fire department some equipment & every year participates in our auction to raise funds benefiting the fire department! Highly recommend! You won't regret it!

The guys at fast auto are super helpful and work with you on all your vehicle needs. I took my car in to get the oil changed and breaks looked at and they were super honest with me as far as breaks went and only did what absolutely needed to be done to my vehicle. They did this knowing i was on a budget and not to over price me on things. All in all they are super reasonably priced, genuine and honest at this establishment.

Smaller shop but locally owned. Great people. Chris the owner is super knowledgable about auto repair. They do super great custom work and can build pretty much anything. Always honest & fair. I highly recommend.

My wife drives a 1998 Lincoln Town Car, with air ride suspension, which malfunctioned and deflated while parked overnight. This type suspension is comprised basically of three parts, any one of which could malfunction with the same result; and, of course, replacement of any of the three does not guarantee one of the remaining two will not malfunction. Replacing the entire system is a $2500 minimum.

I called Fast Auto and discussed the options with the service manager, including replacing the deflated rubber air bags with shock absorbers. He agreed the shock absorbers would eliminate future problems with the air ride suspension. He also stated they had never tried the procedure, but were willing to do so upon request. After locating the parts needed, the service manager called to have the car brought in.

Within a few hours, the work was completed and at a very reasonable price, I will add. Since then, we have had no problems and the car rides better than ever, without the air ride suspension, thanks to the staff at Fast Auto! If you want quality work from knowledgable mechanics at reasonable prices, take your vehicle to Fast Auto Center. They run a five star company; and, I don't use anyone else.
