I was referred to Freeway Muffler by my mechanic, Carroll Utley. I had asked for him to give me a quote on fixing my exhaust, and although technically only a section of exhaust needed to be replaced he would have to replace the whole thing. He told me to go to Freeway because they specialize in repairing and customizing exhausts. I'm so glad I did, because they were able to do the work at a fraction of the price!

The owner was a nice guy; I had forgotten to drop my car off earlier in the day but they were understanding and told me to bring it by and they could get it knocked out. In under an hour my car was done, and so refreshingly quiet! I would recommend to anybody who is procrastinating fixing their exhaust due to the expense, because they can customize the work for your car! Thanks Freeway Muffler!

5 star service - they did great work on my car at a reasonable price. That said, they had seemingly no covid-19 awareness - no masks, no hand sanitizer, and the waiting area looked like it had never been disinfected. For the size of the place, it seems like only minimal effort would be needed to ensure the health of their customers.

From the initial diagnosis and quote, to the completed work, I was impressed with this business. Kent was honest and through as he explained the work done, set the time line for parts arrival (older model needed to be ordered in) and got our vehicle in and out on the day of service. The price was very fair for the work done and came in just under the estimated price.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the waiting area. The staff wasn't wearing masks but I wasn't concerned as we were more than 6 ft. apart. A non issue for me on a very hot July day as the techs were working in the hot, humid, Nebraska summertime conditions.

Kent was great! Had him install an aftermarket exhaust for my Subaru and couldn't be happier. Final price was a little bit LOWER than the original quote and was in & out very quick. Would definitely recommend this place for anything exhaust related.

This seems to be a genuine and honest place to take your car. I didn't have much of a choice since my brake was on fire, but freeway was honest in offering options and prices. They could have fixed my issue that day for more money, but gave me the option of waiting for the cheaper parts to come, which I did. Some places won't even do that and just want more profit for them.

I double checked their pricing via my mechanic friend and he also agreed that it was reasonable. My car was done when they said it would be and the price at checkout was also what was originally quoted to me. They replaced both calipers in addition to my brake hoses. I was not aware of the hoses being done but it must have been figured into my initial cost.

It is great to see genuine car businesses that do not take advantage of someone just because they need a quick fix and a working car again. I'd come back here again for services.

I have been here on two separate occasions. First, was to have my resonator replaced which was straight-forward, quick, and affordable. Second time, I thought I needed my brakes replaced. I took my car into the shop in the morning and had it back by the afternoon. However, turns out my brakes were just fine! I had another issue that didn't need to be fixed at the time and they charged me nothing! This is where I was really impressed! Honest, affordable, overall great businessmen here!

Kent does excellent quality work for a very reasonable price. He does custom work as well. He will work with you if you want to bring your own muffler, for instance. He looks for ways to save you $$ on your system, i.e. if it is cheaper for him to bend and weld a certain pipe than to use pre-made, he will. They will do custom work and small welding jobs, they service cooling systems, do brake jobs and other suspension repairs, such as shocks and struts. I have had him help me change a gas tank before. I have taken my cars there for many years and will continue to do so.

I took my VW in several years ago for a muffler. It was a good experience, and they were clear on what my options were and the prices. Prices seemed reasonable.

Terrible at communicating. I got my heater repaired. They never called to tell me it was ready, as I had requested, so we just showed up after work. The problem wasn't what they thought it was, and the repair ended up costing less, so we were thrilled. Two days later the heater wasn't working as well. Took the car back and asked them to call me and let me know what was going on.

They never did, so we showed up after work again to find they had made the repair unauthorized and charged us $85.00. I didn't necessarily expect to be charged nothing, but I expected to have the option to decline the repair, or wait to get a second opinion. I'm pretty sure what they did was illegal.
