My car had been idling rough for a month, then check engine light came on. Inspection by Gellings showed it needed spark plugs and one ignition coil. Serpentine belt was cracked and small transmission leak. They fixed everything quick at fair price, didn't try to up sell me on anything, and got me back on the road running smoothly! Good deal.

Average gas mileage was going down on hybrid car. Found thermostat needed replacement. Got in right away and got fixed same day, gave me a loaner to drive and used coupon that helped pay part of the bill. Fast friendly service. Will go there again. I just moved to Aberdeen and my car indicator light was on for Oil Change. The Ford garage couldn't get me in but they highly recommend GELLING'S Auto Service. Unbelievable I explained my situation and they took care of the Oil Change and checked out everything else! I found this Business to be very Professional. And let's talk about Customer Service! You won't find any better! I am making Gelling's Auto Service the place I go to when I need something taken care of on my car for a great while.

This is my first year in Aberdeen as well as experiencing snow, so I was very stressed when my car's steering wheel got locked. I called Dennis and he was very communicative in what I needed to do as well as the towing service to contact. When they checked my car, not only was my power steering pump broken but my oil filter was crushed and leaked a lot of oil. I am very thankful that they found and fixed all those issues that my car had! I will definitely contact them again in the future if I have any future car troubles!

Was not at all impressed. took it in for a sputtering issue, and yes he pulled the code. but also did a lot of extra nonsense that I didn't take it in there for. pulling trany and brake fluid for an oil issue was completely unnecessary. I also had another light in which I was already aware of as well as a running light out. I was charged $127 for him to tell me a code!
I already had the code pulled at Valvoline FOR FREE! He wanted $369 to fix issue (on top of the $127 I'm sure). Took it to Kirks auto instead. fixed the issue, including a $70 oil change and I paid $290 out the door! Needless to say I will never be using Gelling Auto again!

The best service I have experienced from any garage. They fixed what needed to be done without trying to do a lot of things to increase the bill. Service was prompt, and I really like how Dennis oversaw not only the work done on my car but all the other service being done by his mechanics on the other vehicles in the shop that day. The fact that they took pictures showing what areas of concern needed to be dealt with were very appreciated since I am not mechanical.
There service model should be a business model for all shops in the area. I will continue to support this business and spread my experience with them through word of mouth to anyone who will listen.

I have no idea what I said or did to the owner to treat me so poorly over the phone, but I was talking to him and mid sentence, he hung up on me. I had to call him to try and figure out how to get the RV to him so they could service it. But each time I felt I was treated very poorly and that he was inconvenienced. I was going to give him my business, which was more than likely going to be quite expensive, but I found another mechanic willing to work with me, treated me like a person and listened to what I had to say. Sorry, but I will not nor would I ever do business here or give others the opportunity to work with him. Very unprofessional.

I had a powertrain light come on so took it in worrying about my transmission. They cleared out some leaves and reminded me I needed brakes. Powertrain ended up being fine and they replaced my brakes. My car is running great. They seem to do honest inspections, good work in a timely fashion, and at a fair price. Exactly what I want from my mechanic shop.

We went to another place in town and after 2 power steering pumps replaced and over $800 later the other place still didn't repair our problem. I decided to try Gellings and so glad I did! They ran a diagnostic test and were upfront about everything thing they found and prioritized on what absolutely had to be fixed immediately and gave me the report to refer to later.
They found and fixed exactly what was wrong and the price for everything was very reasonable and LESS than what the other place charged me for Not fixing what was wrong with the vehicle. We will be going to Gellings from now on.

Gellings is great. I took my car to another shop when I first moved to town and felt like they were dishonest and shady, trying to charge me for stuff that didn't need fixed. I went to Gellings for a 2nd opinion and have been going there with all of my vehicles ever since. They are honest and upfront about everything, won't try to overcharge you for stuff that doesn't need done. They do great quality work, and always have a loaner vehicle for you to use.

Brought an RV several times over the past few years, Gellings is always on point with estimates, problem analysis, and repairs. Customer service is the best I've experienced. I brought my vehicle into Gellings to have my brakes looked at. I was pleasantly surprised when they informed me that my brakes were perfectly fine and were not in need of replacing. Since they were squeaking, Gellings fixed the issue at hand and I had them do an alignment and put new tires on. The pricing was fair. They are very professional and personable. I was able to use a loaner vehicle they provided which made everything much easier. I would highly recommend this establishment.

The owner of this place is a snowflake who needs a safe space from criticism. After posting a review regarding the length of time their service of my generator was taking, this piece of excrement took my generator without repair and placed it outside. This after having it for 3 days. Do not give this company any business.
