The work done on my car was perfect and as promised. My car was returned to me cleaner on both the outside and the inside than how I left it. Robyn was stellar in communication and providing me with what I needed. The office staff (Won and others) were kind, respectful, engaging, uplifting and helpful. I usually have such a distrust of all companies and people associated with car repair of any kind that I would rather drive a broken car than be taken advantage of. Master Auto Body has earned my trust and my repeat business.

This is the place to go to get your damaged car. They fixed my bumper and it doesn't even look like it was messed up.

Someone hit my car, and my insurance company Geico had me bring my car here. Although they fixed the dent.when I got my car back there's a HUGE stain in my back seat. Mind you this stain wasn't there before I brought my car here. When I brought car back to Paul the mechanic who worked on it he said "try using soap and water to get it out". My thing is how did you guys spill oil on my back seat?

I've brought my car to get shampooed twice and they said oil is hard to get out. I'm so upset because this isn't my fault and now i'm paying for it. It's been months.they should have offered to clean it for me.

Took my car here after an accident somehow by weird coincidence another part of my car had an issue when I got it back that didn't exist when i took it in. I called about the issue and thought the response was bs and no accountability. Basically putting it on me. I would rather pay someone else to fix it then deal with people that make excuses and don't take what you say seriously. I don't think this is an honest place and I do NOT recommend

Besides a bit of miscommunication in the beginning making the repair appointment I cannot say enough good things about them. Enterprise being available at the shop made this so easy. Not needing to bother anyone for a ride or miss extra time from work. They repaired my car to brand new in 4 days. Looks amazing. Everyone was very nice & communicated well with me throughout. Master Auto Body did an excellent job repairing the left side of my car in May, 2019. Recently, the driver side door began suddenly unlocking and beeping while driving. I returned to Master Auto Body under their lifetime warranty. Paul completed the minor adjustment in less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. Their lifetime warranty is for real!

A few years ago I was involved in a minor auto accident. Had my car repaired at another shop, and was told some things couldn't be fixed. I was not happy, but let it go. The other day I decided to see if it could be fixed and remembered that Master Auto body did a wonderful job fixing my mother's car after a serious accident several years ago, they were very patient with her too. I brought my car in yesterday for an estimate, well, the car was repaired on the spot. They were so reasonable too. Car looks great. I highly recommend them.

Great experience here! Someone hit my rear bumper and I was referred here by my insurance company. This was my first time using this facility and I'm happy to report they did an outstanding job. The entire rear bumper needed to be replaced and the finished product looks good as new (photo attached). The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took my car in on Christmas Eve and it was ready for me on New Years Eve. Great job and in the middle of the holiday season which is already stressful they made the process quick, smooth and easy. Thank you!

I had a small accident a week before my TOYOTA lease was due. I immediately called the closest dealership and asked for assistance. Sad to say they made me feel worse and quoted me a ridiculous price. I was then referred by a friend to Pierre Pastor at Master Auto Body in Boynton Beach. I called him up explained my situation and my concerns. He spent the day helping me out with other solutions That could fit my budget and get the job done better than the dealership.

I drove an hour out of my way because I trusted his choice of action. As you can see my car is good as new and ready to be returned back to the dealership. All I can say it is worth traveling to get top notch service and great work done. If anyone is reading this post. The facilities is remodeled and clean the reception service is great. Master Auto Body has significant management and front office staff problems. The office staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The reception clerk would do nothing at all to be helpful in addressing insurance requirements and the management was not at all interested in addressing any of the problems. There was absolutely no customer service and the manager and office staff were extremely rude, Unfortunately, that is what happens sometimes when you have a family owned business and no accountability. I would definitely not recommend this business. If could give this business less than one star, I would.

Had some front end damage to our 2011 Nissan Cube. We checked with State Farm and Master Auto Body was on the approved list. We called and got an appointment. Robin was very professional and made sure all our concerns were answered. We picked it up this am and found it better than new!. They replaced the front bumper, tire and steel wheel. The entire car was polished.even the faded headlights were restored! The inside was spotless and the color match was perfect. We highly recommend them.

I called to inquire about repairs. The lady who answered the phone informed me that they do not accept insurance paid repairs by Esurance. Their Loss

I was doing a long drive and I realized that my tires were worn too thin. I drove in to Master Auto Body for an estimate on replacing them. They told me that although that is not their primary business, they would help me out. I received 2 quotes from them, one for a pair of off-brand tires and one for a better set. I went with their recommendations to replaced them with the better ones.

They took my car from me and, since it was near closing time, waited with me until my car was ready. Then, to save me time, he took me to where they were doing my tires so I could leave from there. Extremely friendly, great service, VERY reasonable pricing. As I know nothing about cars, I felt very comfortable with the advice I was given, and the totally "hassle" free experience.

It really was like a concierge service. If ever I need any body work, although I am in Broward county, I will find a way to get my car to Boynton so they could do the work. They really are THAT good!

No one likes getting into an accident. However experience is so much less stressful when you have a collision shop that takes care of every detail from dealing with the insurance, setting up a rental car, and making sure your car is repaired quickly and properly. The staff is friendly and I was kept informed throughout the entire process of what would be done to my vehicle and when it would be finished. Highly recommend this shop!

I'm a bit surprised by the couple of pretty harsh reviews for Master Auto Body. When I recently needed some body work done on my car I asked some mechanic friends and these guys came highly recommended. I didn't even check Yelp. Frankly, I'm glad I didn't because I may not have gone to them. Long story short, they did an awesome job for me and the service was 1st rate.

The clear coat and paint blending they did is amazing and my car looks factory new! These guys even have Enterprise onsite for a rental which was definitely convenient for me. I dropped off my car and was on the road again in a rental in about 20 minutes. When I picked it up 5 days later at 7:30 a.m. I was painlessly out the door in less than 10 minutes. I give Master Auto Body 2 thumbs up and (even though I hope I won't have to) I would absolutely use them again.

So helpful, kept me informed every step of the way and and wanted to make sure everything was perfect before having me pick up my vehicle, Danny your the bomb!

Disorganized, unhelpful would not recommend. With so many shops to choose from, I would suggest they treat costumers better. Looks like the only way this shop survives is via Allstate and Geico as they have an adjoining office. Don't let them pressure you into using this shop.
