Never again. I won't get into details as I don't even want this body shop reaching out to me again but I have had nothing but problems with my outback ever since they did minimal work to it. I won't ever go back.

I have always taken my vehicles here and my employer ends up doing a lot of business here. Always top notch and great work with every one so far.

I highly recommend D & A auto body! I hit a deer on my way to work and when I called them to schedule an appointment they had it originally scheduled right away (Nov) however due to the world being short staffed they needed to push me out to the beginning of Dec, which I was ok with! They loaned me a vehicle with pretty much one stipulation, bring it back full and it was FREE!

They got all the work done in a timely fashion, Trevor kept me up to date on parts/repairs. If (which I hope not) I need any more work done I WILL DEFINITELY GO TO D& A AUTO!

Awesome service they had my car done in 4 days. They were very friendly. They gave me a loaner to use. They even cleaned my car out!

I would highly recommend D & A! I had the best experience with them. They were recommended by my insurance company. I had hit a deer and wasn't sure what to do but that's okay. All I had to do was tell State Farm I had chosen them for my repairs and Jake from D & A took care of everything from there. He kept me updated on the repairs being done, and when I could expect it back.

I fully expected it to be awful a bunch of excuses, we can't get this in, can't do that. There was none of that! They called to let me know when a loaner was available for me. Even though it was late on a Friday, they made sure I was taken care of for the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised. when I picked it up the inside was cleaner than when I left it with them. When I was leaving Jake told me if I had any issues with the car, he wanted to be the first to know!

I had my car serviced here twice. The first time was a seamless, pleasant experience but the second, and most recent time was futile and disappointing. First and foremost, I called ahead (~2 weeks) to schedule an appointment for repair (describing everything in detail--the wiring issue and that the interior lights no longer work, etc.). Similarly to everyone else, they are busy and unable to handle their workload--which I understand given our current situation. So, since my car was drivable they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks (despite originally offering an appointment the following week).

I scheduled the appointment that day and called the day before [the appt.] to confirm the drop-off time. During that call, I learned that the appointment was never actually made and I was blamed and questioned by the technician because THEY failed to schedule the appointment. I had another person (male) call on my behalf and they were met with politeness and decided to go ahead with the appointment, which was a mistake. D&A Auto Body did not end up completely fixing the issue and I am faced with having to pay to get it fixed elsewhere. I always try to support local, but I regret it this time. If you don't want to be berated and waste your time or money, I implore you to go somewhere else.

After a minor car accident, I left my car in the hands of D&A and was so happy with them! They worked so well with my insurance, kept me updated on everything they were doing, and got my car back to me in an Impressive week and a half. My car returned to me looking brand new, even a good cleanup on my interior! Everyone I communicated with there was super friendly and helpful. I hope that I don't need body work again in the future, but if I do I will be sure to use d&a!

I chose this shop completely at random. My car was damaged in a drive by after it was shot. The 1st shop I called didn't answer and so I called the next one in line and it was this shop. I'm so glad it was, they are amazing. They worked so smoothly with my insurance, they gave me a loaner car since my insurance didn't fully cover a rental. They fixed all the interior work beautifully.

A couple weeks later I had a minor accident and wanted to get it checked to make sure it was only cosmetic and I only trusted taking it to them. As a woman, you never know if people will shoot straight with you but I trust them. They took a look at it, no charge, to make sure it was safe to drive. I will forever use this shop for all my car needs and I recommend them to anyone anytime I can!

Excellent service! Randy went above and beyond to restore our truck after it was stolen. He treated our truck like it was his own and kept us informed with each step of the process. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful from the very first interaction to the very last interaction. The work they did on it is perfect, it looks like a brand new truck!

Absolutely great place I do not go to shops as a milwright who restores cars but with an insurance claim you have to. Great customer care attitudes service and quality of work. The loaner car was nice and they suprised me by detailing my pickup for free. It wasnt this clean when i got it from the dealership! And insurance work or not the total price was extreamly reasonable

I am wildly impressed with D&A. My brand new Range Rover was rear-ended two weeks ago and they were recommended by All State, my insurance company. Not only did they do a perfect job with the repairs, they were also super friendly and kept me informed almost every day with what needed to be done and when I could expect to pick up my car. They were SUPER quick, and Belinda made the whole process 100% stress free. I might be brand new to Michigan, but at least now I have a new body shop if (god forbid) I need anything else fixed!

Jake from D and A went above and beyond on getting our old car fixed after hitting a deer. It was our intent to get it safe and driveable, which he did AND it looks very good. Thank you, Jake.

Thank you Matt Pienta for always taking care of your customers! We have gone to D&A Autobody for years. We have always appreciated their service. Further, whenever we have had any questions or needed help after having our vehicles cared for by D&A, we have found the assistance that we needed. You can go to D&A with confidence!

On a windy day in 2015, my rear window on my minivan flew out while I was pumping gas -- I opened the door, enough wind went through the van popping the back window flap out and sent it skidding across the parking lot like it was wind surfing! As a result of losing the window, I had to make an insurance claim and had it repaired at D & A. They replaced the window.

Fast forward to 2019., the window's weather stripping failed. I contacted D & A, and they made an appointment for me the next week because it would take an hour of time to fix, and they fixed it for free -- they really do warranty their work!

Have always used D&A for minor Deer, large Raccoons etc repairs (one time a deer ran into my stopped vehicle). With all plastic or composite parts on newer vehicles repair costs can go up quickly. I've always felt that any work performed is quality by D&A. A time my sons car had to get body repair he went to one of those Walmart style shops on about every block (exaggerated but you know them).

Work was completed poorly and the atmosphere was a production line mentally, just a money grab. If Toyota hadn't bought back his truck for rusted out frame it was going back to get the work done correctly, this time set up for D&A. They're in the process of expansion of the main building so they can compete better with the larger chains. Tell your insurance agent D&A.

From the very beginning we received good customer services. They were thorough and clear. They even went farther then what we were expecting. We were working with insurance to cover a separate issue that had happen a couple years prior and it was a minor fix in our eyes but our insurance wouldn't cover that on top of what the car was being fixed for.

We talked to the auto body shop to see how much that part would cost but in the end we decided we couldn't fix it and D&A went ahead and fixed that part of the car too. When we picked our van up, it was clean on the outside as cleaned in the inside as well. D&A Autobody would be a place I would recommend to anyone who needs their car fixed. We are very appreciative for the repair that they did on our van and going beyond and fixing that other part for us.

I very seldom write reviews, but my experience was so bad with this auto body that I felt I wanted to share my opinion. My experience with d and a Auto body was dishonesty, lack of accountability and integrity, and poor at meeting deadline. Customer service I received was extremely condescending, in front end loaded to get the business. When it came to delivery the work was late, not as agreed upon, and rude.

Specifically they held my car over 2 weeks longer then agreed upon, without loaner vehicle. This caused significant logistical issues on my end. They were unapologetic, unempathetic, and in fact they were rude about this. Their initial agreed upon deliveries, were not performed and denied. I would never use this company again.

This place was the best. Someone hit my car and I had to get it fixed so I took it here. The process of going through insurance and getting into a rental car was so smooth, they really know what they're doing. When I got my car back it looked brand new! They even cleaned it inside and out, I was so happy with their service and their professionalism. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. The inside is also very cute, they have a popcorn machine that really adds to the comfortable feel of the establishment.

Was looking for an auto shop after I got into a pretty bad car accident and wrecked my car. But I absolutely needed a place that could provide a rental car. A friend recommended this place, and I was pleasantly surprised. I received a rental car for an estimated 2-week long repair. During that time, when my rental car started acting up, I contacted D&A and let them know that I was stuck at work with the rental which wouldn't start.

They immediately (within 30 mins) sent a tow-truck to my workplace to take the rental and replaced it with another one. I was incredibly impressed by their quick service. Upon completion of my repair, I was very happy with their work and will gladly recommend to others.

I've worked with various dealers and service shops and D&A is hands down the best I've ever dealt with. Not only great service but honest people. I recently had my vehicle in for what I assumed was an exhaust leak. Instead of taking advantage of my lack of understanding of the problem, they told me what they actual issue was and it saved me hundreds. My family has always been big fans of D&A and I will continue to be as well.

Excellent Service! Great workmanship! I was involved in my first car accident one month before my car was paid off: Misty at the front is very helpful. My estimator, John, was in contact with me thru the process. There was a 2 week wait time for repair because of all the accidents from the snow in January but they lifted my front bumper and repaired my door so I could drive my car just fine during the two week wait.

I also was given a free clean rental car during the repair week. Oh and my car was completely detailed upon pick up! Worth the wait! Service center also WAY cheaper for oil change than the chains.

This place looks nice upon first look. The front office is clean and decorated in old-fashioned metal signs. But they did a TERRIBLE job of painting my truck after an accident. They left drips and bubbles and it looks like they painted over tape on an area that didn't even need painting. Then the staff member argued with my husband on how the insurance worked.

You would think that someone who worked with insurance companies regularly would know what they were doing, but the insurance company admitted to us that my husband was correct. The odd thing was that she kept arguing with him, even after he told her to stop. She really wanted to argue! Needless to say, we will not be using this shop in the future, and you can be sure that we will caution others not to use it.

Couldn't speak more highly of D&A! I had chosen them based on them being highly recommended by friends of mine. They definitely lived up to my expectations! Everyone is very friendly and helpful and my car was fixed in a very timely manner! They did an absolutely wonderful job! They also went the extra step and cleaned the inside for me! Having two kids, my car doesn't stay clean long and when I picked it up, it felt brand new! Thanks again!
