Best as I can tell they did an excellent repair. Major problem was even though we told them they had the work they didn't order the parts until we dropped the car off. Took more than a week to fix and we had no car. Dumb.

Long wait for our car. Tesla Model 3 was there from November 1 to January 14th. and we have to take it back because the bumper/trunk does not line up properly. The trunk and all my contents in it were very dusty. Not cleaned. The license plate frame was bent up in the accident (someone rear ended us) and they put the beat up one back on. It was a factoru frame and should have been replaced.

They argued about the tail light that got scratched in accident saying it was there before even though they never saw the car before the accident. So the light was not replaced. The damage wasnt there before the accident. There was still buffing compound in all the seams and surfaces. The back window is no longer flush as it used to be. They said all Teslas are that way.

Well mine wasnt and the one i walked to in the parling lot wasnt. So, no. Not all Teslas are that way. When we would call we would be told one thing and wait days. Promised emails that were never received. They claim high quality but I am not impressed. If they end up fixing all the issues I may rate them slightly higher but it won't be 5 stars because how long it took, and that it wasn't fixed right the first time. Returned and they just couldn't make it right.

After multiple attempts they were never able to repair my Tesla properly. I also showed up to drop off the car (for the 4th time!) and pick up a loaner car but they didn't have any even though they said they would. That was the last straw before going back to Tesla and having them fix it. Nice people, not great work.

Poor communication, first quoted the car would be fixed in 8 business days. Then they changed it to 11. Which we agreed too. Even then we received our vehicle back 4 days late( 15 days) down to the minute closing and the car was covering in shop dust and clearly had not been detail or cleaned. They are a Tesla certified body shop. Everything that was done, could have been done at anybody shop. They likely only have wall chargers available for the teslas.

I had the unfortunate happenstance of having my brand new (8 days brand new) 2021 Tesla Model S rear ended by a car in between another car going full speed while I was stopped at a stop light. The Tesla dealership referred me to Blue Ash Auto Body and I was apprehensive until I made that first phone call. They were polite, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing.

On Tesla social media you often hear horror stories about turn around times, but Blue Ash ordered my parts in advance after a phone conversation and gave me a week to week and a half estimate to which they held to, despite extensive damage. I picked up my Tesla today and it looks exactly (or even better) than when I first had it for 8 days before it was wrecked.

Not to mention they also made my rental car return seamless (just gave them the keys) and they took control of all necessary conversations with the responsible insurance company. I hope that you never need to deal with needing collision repair, but if you do, definitely use this shop! I will be using them for all of my auto body needs and maintenance for here on out because of the wonderful experience that I had.

Extensive body and suspension repair on my Tesla Model X. Tom was awesome with keeping me up to date. There was an issue with a window switch after I took delivery and he sent the tech an hour away to my house to fix it. Would recommend this shop again without reservation.

For Tesla. and probably others, run away. Average work, poor communication and less than expectations set. I was rear-ended in my Model 3. Drivable so put that into perspective for this. Took them 4 weeks to get back to me. A tool broke along the way which delayed things apparently, parts late and etc but I had parts ordered and arrived before dropping car off.

Lots of excuses and the work was not great. See images attached. The door ding fix looks like they used white out from the office staff and the trunk fix they didn't even bother fully painting it on the inside. The car was really dirty when I got it back inside and out from dust and their work. Even the parts replaced they didn't bother cleaning off. They are the only certified Tesla repair in Cincinnati and I'd suggest making the trip to Columbus.

When I dropped my Odyssey, I told them multiple times to make sure they check all the safety features before its ready for me to pick up. When I picked up my car I found that safety features like the adaptive cruise control and collision mitigation braking system was not working. During repairs they they said that they would do a full scan but it doesn't seem that they did.

They claim to be Honda certified but I have serious doubts about their ability to work with Honda vehicles. If you have a Honda, you are better off working directly with Honda. Don't come to Blue Ash Auto Body. I regret my decision to use them.

I am so impressed with Blue Ash Auto Body and would recommend them to anyone! They are so polite, kind, genuine, and fast with ordering my parts and fixing my car. They were also a WAY better price then the Kings Ford dealership. They have the best customer service and their work is flawless. Give them your business you won't be sorry.

UPDATE: When I went to pick the car up on Friday, they offered me a 10% discount on the repair. I am ok with that. Just wanted them to acknowledge the inconvenience I experienced. Recently, my car was scratched in a parking lot. The dealer referred me to Blue Ash Auto Body. I took my car in for an estimate and was told the price for repair and given a date to drop th car off.

I was told- "bring it in Monday, we will have it ready Tues/Wed". I just so happened to leave something in my trunk, so I went by on Tuesday to get it and my car was sitting where I parked it - UNTOUCHED. I went inside and asked when my car would be done and was given some excuse about an employee calling off work. I was then told "it will be ready on Thursday".

It is Thursday TODAY. When I called to see when I could pick up my car, I was told it was being being worked on TODAY and that I could get it TOMORROW. I'm super frustrated- mainly because it is SUPER inconvenient to not gave a car fo, and they didn't offer me a discount or ANYTHING. 10% would have lessened my frustration. Won't be going back there OR recommending BLUE ASH AUTO BODY.

We left our Tesla with Blue Ash Auto Body after an accident on the OH/KY line. They took such great care of everything. Very customer friendly.gave us thorough updates.and did a great job repairing the damage. We are so thankful to them for a terrific response in our time of need! We're happily driving back to Lancaster PA today. (And they included us in their customer plant give-away!)

I have had Blue Ash Auto Body work on a number of my cars over the years, from Porsche. to Audi to a 69 Mach1. always a great job done looks new when you pick it up. Most of these jobs were paid for out of pocket, not the insurance company. You have to make a decision up front when you're having someone work on your car- do you want it done correctly or do you want to have it fall apart in a year or two or be unsafe.

I have used less expensive shops in the past - let's just say you get what you pay for. The girl who did a review and rated these guys 3 stars should be publicly flogger (just kidding) but she never had any work done, she had an est- you would have to figure something was broken inside the door (it was) and you have to love the homemade repair with duct tape. Anyway, these guys to it right, you will be proud of your car again and it will hold up well over the years

Tricky review to write. I was involved in a hit and run, as in someone hit my parked car and ran. Boo. Anyway, the driver side door was busted. I could open it from the inside, but not the outside. And no wonder. There was a huge dent in my car door. I only carry liability, so I knew unfortunately this was going to have to come out of my pocket. My regular mechanic recommended Blue Ash, and they were super friendly on the phone.

I brought the car in, explained the situation, and someone went outside to perform an estimate. Fifteen minutes later he comes in and informs me I'm going to need a new door, claiming the bar inside my door is broken and therefore it's not safe and that my door handle is broken. He then informs me that it's an expensive fix because, first, there's the door, and then they have to paint the whole side of my car to make sure the color matches perfectly. We're talking $2,000 expensive. Ummm.maybe they're used to dealing with people who have insurance companies footing the bill, or with really wealthy people?

But that's a bit steep, especially when I'm pretty sure the value of my car is something like 5K. I'm also informed the repair is going to take a week, so now I'm going to need a rental (we're a one car family), also out of my pocket. I get it, none of these are Blue Ash's fault. It's the fault of the person who hit me, and my fault for not carrying coverage on my car. I'm trying to come up with a less expensive solution, all met with 'No.' I also get it.

If you're going to do a job, you want it to look right, because you don't want people to associate my bad job with your company. I do wish though that he had been more game to help me problem solve rather than act like, 'It's my way or no way.' Or maybe it was more like, 'It's my way, or I don't care what you do.' Again, that's totally his prerogative. He's got every right to think that way.

I drive away without committing and begin making calls to the hubby and to friends, 'What would you do? Hubby and I agree before doing anything, we want to take apart our door and confirm the bar is truly broken. Is this really a safety issue, in other words. We meet up with a friend who has some experience working with cars. He helps us open up the door.

Sure enough, the bar is intact. The only thing broken is the door handle. So we fix that sucker with a little duct tape (later I can get a new handle if I need to). Then we pop out the dent. It's not perfect, but definitely less dented then before. And now I can open my door from the outside. Problem solved. Do I wish there was no dent. Yes, of course.

But I'm going to have to find a place that will just repair the (now smaller) dent and handle for less than the value of the car. I don't need perfection. So basically, if someone else is paying, this is your shop. They'll make your car look beautiful, I'm sure. If you're paying, go some where else.

This shop did an incredible job making my car perfect again. I was in a fender bender on I-71S (my fault) and was pretty much beside myself when I showed up to clean out my car which I was nearly certain was totaled. This shop stopped and made sure I was properly informed; 1. While the Insurance companies "want to help you", they want to do it their way. 2.

You CAN tell the Insurance companies where you want your car evaluated This sounds silly but it's something that me, someone who doesn't get in a lot of car accidents, knows nothing about. The insurance company said release it, we will bring it to our place, and I said ok. This shop stopped me, pointing out that the insurance company would almost certainly use aftermarket parts to "fix" my little Mini Cooper S (which, I might add, does not take well to normal-sized car parts, having been down that road with other auto places).

They were patient, and they were thorough. This shop seemed to be genuinely fed up with watching this process, and told me they wouldn't use the aftermarket parts, they would safely rebuild my car with the parts it needed to run as well as it ever did. This shop delivered. In 3 weeks they rebuilt the front half of my car, patiently updating me along the way.

They did a FANTASTIC job on the car, and when I took it to the dealership for an oil change, Mini was equally impressed by the job well done and asked for the name of the place who did such great work. A MASSIVE Thank you goes out to Blue Ash Auto Body, thank you for saving my Mini, and thank you for making it a car worth driving for years to come :-)

My normal mechanic reccomended I take my damaged car to Blue Ash A\B. I took it somewhere else first. that other shop was rude and made me wait a long time to talk with my estimate. i switched to Blur Ash and was glad I did. they were responsive, friendly, and did what they said. Car repaiirs looked great and they worked with the insurance company. they even had the whole car cleaned.
