My AC blower was not dependable. I tried the dealer, paid for diagnostics and another unrelated service. They said the part I needed would be in in about 3 weeks. I prepaid for the adapter for the part. We were experiencing record heat and I was suffering driving in my truck. After 3 weeks I called and was told the part was on back order and wouldn't ship for another 3 weeks. So, in my truck which I need to work I am suffering with weak A/C that blew anyway it wanted.

It was better not to run it! It did what it wanted. Sometimes it would blow through the vents, sometimes through the defrost or floor, especially at highway speeds it would switch up on it own. I could not control it. This was a miserable experience. I was accustomed to great A/C. Not wanting to wait for the dealer and concerned about the "back order, " I tried Wiygul. Made an appointment for nearly a week later and dropped it off first thing that morning.

Later that morning they called said they identified the problem (HVAC vacuum) and would have it fixed that afternoon or the following morning, if I wanted the work done. I had the work done and my AC recharged. I am so glad I tried Wiygul! I love my truck again! I love Wiygul!

I went to get a second opinion on a car service that my car dealer stated I needed that was a safety issue and they wanted me to get it done right away and was going to charge me over $500 for that service. Thank God for the honesty and integrity I received at this Business for they checked my car throughly for the same service and stated I didn't need the Service and that the only thing I needed for my car was some windshield wiper blades.

Yes and I did get my tires rotated and wheel balance and the services that were performed was done professionally and quickly. BEWARE of what the Car Dealers are telling you what need to be serviced on your cars for they all are not honest they are just in it for the money. I knew they were lying to me when they stated I would need a wheel alignment after the service for my steering wheel was going to the left and I told them my car was driving fine for I had just got my wheel alignment at this Business just six or seven months ago. Thank God for the honesty at this Business, for they could have taken my money and stated I needed the Service anyway!

The best service I have gotten in years. They are friendly and professional. They listen to and take the time to make sure they have the correct part for your vehicle. They have services that help you with getting your vehicle serviced. LOVE this place. Will be bringing my vehicles and telling folks about this place!

This is the first time in years that I have gotten the best service and customer service. These people are THE BEST! They are friendly, helpful, patient and people orientated. This place was recommended to me by my brother, who is a mechanic, so that's already a good sign. They had an excellent front office staff that was knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. Service was great and extremely fast. They also have extra convenience services such as concierge that I didn't know about and could have made things even easier than they already were. First time, but definitely not the last time.

Charlie was spot on very professional. His customer service was nothing short of a (5) star! CS is hard to get. but it shows appreciation in my view. Their website is easy to find and navigate. Their customer service is excellent. Wiygul did an excellent job on my Yukon XL. I travel and recently had my vehicle towed 21 miles from (near Greenbelt, MD) where I live to Wiygul Automotive in Clinton, MD. I passed by many repair shops including ones I have been a prior customer. Tyrone Gibson, a long time customer of Wiygul in Clinton, MD, recommended Wiygul to me in Aug 2021.

I was so impressed with their service I didn't consider shops I have been to prior for my recent repair on 3/23/22. I would recommend them to everyone. I will definitely return here for any issues with vehicles from my family.

Hi, I am new to the Clinton area. We have recently moved here from Oxon Hill/ Fort Washington area. What a pleasant surprise, how nice the area is like country with every store and service needed and available around the corner. I just purchased a truck that needed inspection. I went from Clinton to Laplata looking for anyone to do my inspection before I went out of town in December.

The Wiygil Group was right on time. It's not like they weren't busy, but nobody could take care of me for days even a week later. They took me the same day. I was so happy. Their facility was clean and spacious. The guys were nice and efficient. On the initial inspection and when I brought back for re-inpection because it failed the first one. Just an easy experience.

I am sure depending on the situation there may be some more difficult experiences but I trust them to make whatever I am going through as pleasant as possible considering the situation at the time. I know where to go from now on. Thanks Guys for all your help. I call my truck the Bumble Bee. That big bright yellow and black truck ya'll serviced a few weeks ago. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The employee who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. One comment I would like to make is the lack of face coverings not worn by employees. Face masks are mandated by the county and there is a sign stating masks are mandatory but the employees do not wear theirs. Overall very satisfied with the service I received.

Joe was great and professional. The Groupon was great for my full synthetic oil change. The only down side was they could not reset the oil light. I went on YouTube and was able to reset the oil change light. Service: Oil change

I went in for a tire rotation and found other necessary repairs. They were able to compete them on my visit. Also very important to me.the waiting room and restroom was very clean. NICE Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

Charlie is thorough, professional, and his team did a great job. They sent me a breakdown of the maintenance that needed to be done on the car including pictures and even a video. It was reassuring to see for myself the issues before they began the maintenance! Very satisfied with their work. As a military member it's hard to move to a new city and find a trustworthy/quality maintenance shop, Wiygul has so far proven to be just that.

Great visit. Service was completed quickly. They also ran a diagnostic b/c my maintenance warning light was on. They offered to do all the services and the price was extremely reasonable. I'll be taking my vehicle back to complete the checklist. Service: Tyres

I have always had a good experience with this auto repair shop. The individuals over the phone are always courteous and informative and are willing to answer them any questions that I have. I was unable to get any of the shops in my city or (neighboring cities) to look at my vehicle on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend but Wiygul told me to bring the car in and they would squeeze me in.

They were able to give me information within 30 minutes of my car arriving. and had a final quote in less than an hour. They were extremely patient with me. (I believe his name was ) Joe also stayed past closing so that I could come and pick up my car. He was so kind and empathetic. Although I no longer live in the area, this shop will always be my repair shop of choice.

Let me just say this. I went in with a Groupon for an oil change and left out paying $3300.00. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! The worst part about the whole thing was the customer service or lack of customer service (rather) received from Justin J. They messed up the caliper on my vehicle, then charged me to fix it! I just can't get over how rude Justin was, he was SPITEFULLY rude! They need to get rid of that guy he's gonna bring Wiygul Waldorf down.

As ALWAYS Charlie took good care of me. He is the main reason I keep going back. He always gives me the best deal he can. He is very courteous and professional. He will go out of his way to make sure I'm comfortable, as I'm handicapped. This man works hard with waiting on customers and the phones constantly ringing, put He keeps his cool and treats everyone with top notch customer service. I say give the man a good size raise.he deserves it and more. He makes the business in my book.

Excellent Service, everything explained and documented. They noticed that I needed a State Inspection soon and did it for me. I was able to leave it the night before with their drop box and pick it up the next day. I love the convenience and professionalism.

The crew at Wiygul in Clinton is great! They are all about high-quality service and honesty. One of my tires looked crazy when I went to get into my car one morning. I called Wiygul and told them what was going on and they told me I could bring it in that afternoon to check it out. They weren't even going to charge me for the diagnostic! As I thought, tire was beyond repair, so I had to get a new one.

The price of the tire was reasonable and I was out of there in under an hour. As someone who has spent HOURS waiting for an oil change at the dealership before, I was absolutely thrilled! I'll definitely be back whenever I need service again.
