Chris absolutely saved the day for us. We were passing through on our way to VA when our car overheated and stalled out at a gas station. He met us as the gas station within 10 minutes of calling him, diagnosed the problem, fixed it enough for us to get to a local family member's house, and came and replaced the radiator the next day. He made a nightmare situation as painless as possible. He was affordable, friendly, and honest. Would recommend him to anyone!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Chris Jacques is very very very gooood at his job! I have had a problem with my vehicle and after taking it to dealership after dealership after dealership after certified mechanic after certified mechanic I called Auto Analysts. Chris came out, inspected my vehicle and it's issues. And he left, told me "He's never seen one do that before and he'd have to think about".
The next thing I know is Chris is clearing his schedule for a couple of days so he can thoroughly go through every wiring harness, relay and computer. After a couple of days of intense inspection he figured it out! The PCM had an internal short so it wouldn't ever throw a "Check engine" code. This guy is Good! If you're in the RDU, Wilson, Cary, Knightdale, Clayton or Wake Forest areas don't hesitate to call! He's mobile so he'll come to you!
