I've had a great experience with City Auto Glass-i was referred to them by my local auto insurance broker after I had a crack develop in my windshield. They took care of ensuring everything was in order with my insurance company. I didn't have to submit any paperwork on the claim to verify coverage, which was great. They also drove me to and from work the day while my vehicle was being worked on.
After the windshield was replaced I noticed the line for the windshield washer fluid wasn't hooked up. The owner of City Auto Glass was very apologetic even though it was a minor oversight. They hooked the line up right away and even gave me a nice gift card for the trouble. I'm really impressed with their customer service!

I was impressed with my overall service here- from the initial phone call all the way to the actual service. The glass installer let me know what was going on the entire time my vehicle was in the service shop. They ordered a windshield which was different than my previous windshield. This one had some tint on the top part of the window. The installer asked me if I liked this particular design before replacing my cracked windshield with the new one.
The service didn't take as long as originally stated, so that was great. Friendly workers. The new windshield is great. Hopefully I won't have to go back again, haha. But if I need another windshield, I'd go here again!

I love City Auto Glass---I bet you all know the phone number from the advertisements and the Honker's game.? They have always been very helpful and done a quick and professional job. They place customer service as a priority---and the marketing guy Mark does a wonderful job of going out into the community and is a very genuine and sincere person.he represents this business with perfection.
