Great communication through troubleshooting a long-standing problem on my vehicle that had failed to be solved by two other repair shops. No surprises along the way and a quality job. I went in for an overheating issue and a/c not working correctly. They did a thorough inspection and were able to fix my radiator fan and get my air up and running in this summer heat. When doing their inspection they found that 2 of my tires needed replaced as well. They were able to work with me on payment for the tires which helped me out a lot. They were very kind and courteous through the whole experience. I'd definitely recommend them 100x over.

I was having electrical troubles with my Nissan Maxima. I feared it was going to be a big bill but Pella Car Care was able to get me in quickly and diagnosed the problem even quicker than quoted. I went in for an oil change and they were able to work me in and offer me a loaner car for the afternoon. The service was great! They noticed my wiper blades needed changed and called and offed to do that for a very reasonable price and explained my options for blades for my vehicle. Great service and exceeded my expectations! Super accommodating! I didn't feel like they tried to scam me as a woman who doesn't know anything about cars. They have a shuttle to take you back after dropping off your car, and to pick you up after your car is done! They also have roadside assistance for free and an oil change punch card. Pella Car Care is outstanding, a great great business. Everyone at Pella Car Care went way out of their way to help me and help my car when I was in dire need of help. They were able to get my car in on very very short notice and repair my car by the end of the day. I would highly highly recommend Pella Car Care to everyone who needs auto repair. When our favorite garage went out of business, we were in a scramble to find someone just as good. Pella Car Care has been excellent. They provide prompt and quality services and, best of all, they take the time to talk us through any repairs and make trustworthy suggestions. Bryce, one of the Service Managers, was incredibly helpful, understanding, and went a bit out of his way to help me. Auto mechanics are easy to find. Many won't give you the time of day. But it's rare to find professionals such as these at Pella Car Care. If you have any question or concern about your vehicle, give Bryce a call. We've been taking our car to Pella Car Care since I started working at Vermeer nearby. I couldn't be more pleased with their service in the past year and a half. I put load of miles on my little 'beater' car and they keep me running. Not only that, but they use great tools to keep me informed and they always shoot straight with me. They're always pleasant, even on the rough days. I also truly appreciate the ride service and the loaner car program they have as well. They always make sure their customers are taken care of.

Highly recommend Pella Car Care. They have provided excellent service on all my vehicles for several years now. When my son was back in town for the weekend, they were able to look at and diagnose an issue he was having on a Friday afternoon. It made me feel better too, as I didn't want him driving it 6 hours back to college.

I usually do my own work, but when I need something done that I cannot do myself, I always bring my vehicle here. I have used their pick up/return and drop box services and they have always been on time returning my vehicle or getting things done. The quotes are spot on, the work is top notch and their prices are competitive with other shops around. Easy 5 stars!

Ok I deal with this business everyday at work, and when my truck broke a brake line and I didn't have time to fix it they did it for me in a half a day and it was cheap! I don't take my vehicles to shops if I. don't have to but if I don't have the time Pella Car Care is the place I let do the work because I know its done right the first time and its at a great price! Fast friendly service. Had a squeak coming from the engine that I suspected was the serpentine belt. Brought it in and the handled it great. Honestly, if the would have added more repairs I probably would have believed them but the didn't. Nothing better than an honest mechanic and these guys are honest and do good work. If you're in Pella and need some work done this is the place to go.
