Excellent service. We arrived at 8:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. We were greeted promptly. Our service advisor kept us updated on our service and we were done within an hour. We did get another service done that was recommended, but we had never had it done and we knew it was overdue. Very happy with Ballentine Toyota. Highly recommend. We drove two hours and glad we did. This dealership provides service that you don't see many places anymore. We are more than a number in line.

Local tire store bent my exhaust, then told me it was a motor Mount to take it to the dealer to have it fixed. So I took it to Ballentine where they told me it was my exhaust that had been pinned under the oil pan and the fixed it at no charge to me! Highly recommend! Yeah, they can be pricey at times but you won't be chasing your tail like I was all day today.

Blake, our Sales Associate, was a straight forward and polite with us. Brad, the Finance Manager, was as well. This was an easy process and the quickest of my car buying experiences. It was a pleasure doing business with Ballentine Toyota and if the opportunity comes up, I won't mind driving the hour to do it again.

I started going here for oil changes. They always try to find a way to get more money by suggesting that you need a new filter etc. They over all do a decent job. However, recently I was quoted $248 for a oil pan to be put on. I was told to come at 8:30 am and I should be finished by 9:30 or 10:00. At around 11:00 am I was told my car was ready and that I owe $496. They apologized for the misquote but charged me that full price anyway. No discount or anything. I will not be back.

I had the BEST experience at Ballentine Toyota! My new minivan arrived quickly and the salesmen were excellent to work with. Keith took me through a detailed "get to know" my new van and made sure I understood how to work all the new high tech parts. He even walked me down to the service department to introduce me so I felt comfortable when it was time to have my car serviced. I could not have asked for a better experience! I HIGHLY recommend buying a new car at Ballentine!

I loved working with Mr. Bagwell on the used car side. He is a great honest man. I did not however, enjoy being deemed and gas lit by Black Culbertson. I asked them if they wanted to try and make me a better offer than another dealership. They made me an offer but with strings attached - I had to finance with them. For personal reasons I did not find this to be the best route for me. Blake's response? "Even if we are offering you a better deal?
That doesn't make any sense." "Aright, we were just trying to save you some money." Who speaks to people like that? Somethings are more important than money. A piece of mind and overall purchase satisfaction.

I was impressed with the level of care and service. What stood out to me the most was that the part ordered was delivered and installed when I was told it would be-a rare occurrence in these times. The pricing was up front; the service department contacted my previous service department to find out what was done last and ensure Ballentine took the proper procedure in service. I highly recommend Ballentine Toyota.

Very competent service. I came in without an appointment. They fit me into their busy schedule. Completed the required maintenance in an efficient manner and were very good to work with. When I went to my truck, started it up, a manager noticed one of my riding lights was out. Fixed the issue without charge. Overall, great service and I would highly recommend this Toyota service department.
