If you own a Mercedes, especially an older one, this is the place to go for service. These people know Mercedes cars like the backs of their hands. Prices are high, but not nearly as much as a dealer. Hey, you're talking about a Mercedes. Nothing on those cars is cheap. But as you know, you get what you pay for. I have a 1989 300 CE and wouldn't trade it for a new one. Denny keeps it going, and it's my daily driver.

Stay away, they might know what they're doing but very rude customer service. They wont give you quote upfront and just play with the papers after you assume they're charging you extra. When you ask for what they have done to your car the front desk lady gets irritated and tells you "next time go somewhere else". Stay away. Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Its been 15 years since I used this company for my Mercedes Benz diesel, and I will never forget the outstanding service we received! I now have a H3 Hummer that needs attention and no doubt will be calling Monday for an appointment! I praying that same mechanic is there! I can't remember his name but he was a n angel! I'll know him when I see him!

I took my Mercedes to them because my engine light came on. Our regular mechanic recommended them. Anyway, the lady at the front told both me and my husband that the diagnostic charge would be $150. They would call me before they did anything else. Needless to say, the owner, Denny, called and basically told me he had done a scan, it told him NOTHING.

Then proceeded to look further into it, without contacting me. So, by the time he called, it had racked up an almost $500 diagnostic. Once I pointed it out to him, he apologized and knocked off a whole hour of labor. UNACCEPTABLE. When I picked up my car is was unlocked and had a flat tire. These people are far from professional. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Don't use these people unless you have deep pockets. They will rob you.

First time customer, service was completed in a timely manner. Quality parts used. Knowledgeable staff. Courteous.

This place is amazing. If you ever need your Mercedes, BMW, or Hummer worked on, this oh s the place to go for sure. They are way cheaper than the dealership and have trained and licensed techs. The costumer service is outstanding and the BBB agrees! I will take all my Mercedes here for repairs and maintenance!

We've even taking my husband's Mercedes here since we stopped going to the dealership. Excellent service, wonderful employees. No complaints at all. Thank you so much!

I had such a great experience at this shop! I was driving an 89 Mercedes 560sl across the country when it broke down in Tulsa due to a bad fuel pump. I had it towed to Benzin and Denny began working on my car immediately! He fixed my problem, identified additional issues I should get looked at when I arrived at my destination, and even offered to talk to my mechanic when I got there. I was in and out the same day and resumed my journey within a few hours. Great service, great work. 10/10 would recommend.

Only out to get your money! They had my car for almost a month. Was told that the ECU in my car needed to be replaced. After spending over 2,000 to get that replaced we pick it up last Friday. I drive it on Sunday and it does the exact same thing it was doing when I first took it in. I drive it to work on Tuesday and it dies on me as I'm driving. My husband calls them to tell them about it so they come to my job, tow it to shop.

We don't hear from them until Friday! Keep in mind I'm an "essential"worker and I need my car! Only for them to "forget " to replace a sensor that should have fixed the problem in the first place for another $400! They would not tow it back to me, even though they came and got it and left me without a car. Your better taking your Mercedes, BMW or whatever you are driving to the actual dealership. If your going to spend that type of money at least you know you'll get quality parts and the job will be done RIGHT!

I am so glad I found this place! The customer service is outstanding. They give you a ride if you need one and wash your car on the way out. Totally fair pricing. They don't try to break your bank. They do what they can to get you back on the road safely without pushing you to do more and more repairs. The lady behind the desk is a sweet as pie.

It's hard to find a good mechanic (quality/honesty/price). The large majority of them have attempted to screw me on one of those 3 things. That's not the case with Benzin and their BMW guy (whose name I don't remember right now). I brought my '99 328is here a couple of times during the 3 years I lived in Tulsa, and was happy every time. I'm actually writing this right now because I was so satisfied that I decided to look up his certifications so that I can hopefully find someone as good out here in Nevada.
