Some jerk decided to smash my windshield in the middle of the night. and I thought Los Feliz was a safe neighborhood! I called Master Glass and scheduled an appointment from 1-4. At 4:15 they still hadn't arrived so I called the company and they told me the technician was still at another clients house and would be here in an hour. I called again at 5:40 and they couldn't track him down. I took a day off work to get this fixed and here I am, a days wages poorer with a broken windshield. If you want the job done, call somewhere else.
