I would give this repair facility a triple A+ rating. I retired working for a dealership and I'm very familiar with servicing customers and customer satisfaction. I had a fuel delivery issue with my vehicle and this was my third repair facility that I went to try to diagnose it correctly. Marco, the owner of the store, took it upon himself to take the fuel tank down to see if he could find the issue.

He found wiring problems and eliminated the issue. He took it upon himself to drop the tank to see if problem was there even after telling him it wasn't the tank. If he hadn't found the problem he would have not charged me for the removal of the tank and reinstallation. But he found the issue and corrected it. He sent me pictures of the work done as well. I would highly highly recommend this repair facility as a trustworthy and confident i'm quite capable of fixing vehicles of all types.

Great communication, and my car was done in a timely manner, just as I was told. Everyone there is so polite, the place is very clean and inviting and the work on my car was on point! Highly recommend to give A & E a try!

Always a pleasure working with A&E! Every problem I've had they were able to diagnose and give work with me. Fixed any issues within a day or two with reasonable pricing. The office staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable! I've had repair work done, new spark plugs, brakes & rotors, and other work done! They are the best for sure very honest and a trustworthy place to take your vehicles.

I've been taking my cars to A&E for about 8 years now and ever since they were at their prior location. My first car was a Mazda RX8 with a rotary engine it was hard finding a mechanic around the area at the time who really new how to work and fix my engine. I had gone to another mechanic prior to and apparently my car had two type of coils, and that mechanic had them switch - therefore still causing me problems. Thankfully my dad has been taking his and my mom's cars to A&E way before me and recommended them to me. A&E has been my go to auto mechanic location for my Nissan Altima and now my Lexus. Marco and Shala are like second family!

They know I drive a lot for work so the team always makes sure my car is good to go and gets the best parts for travel with also keeping in mind my budget. We were from out of town and had a tire punctured by a piece of metal. Even though they couldn't repair it that day, they were extremely helpful in getting us back to where we were staying and repairing the tire the next morning. Great people, great service! Service: Tires

I have never been so impressed and pleased by the service from this company. This was my first visit here. The girl up front at the desk was incredibly friendly and over the top with customer service. The waiting area was warm and inviting. Wifi service provided for free. I was also surprised with the follow up text of the services done with pictures.

Who does that? The pricing is great for the quality work that is above and beyond. We will definitely return for future service needs. Thank You A & E Auto Repair staff for an awesome experience that is usually a chore.

As Veteran that fallen on hard times during the pandemic this is the only place that responded called and checked on me not only for a vehicle but because they truly care. Never an awkward situation during the process. We are not only customers but felt like family. With help that will get their own reviews A&E is a Veterans stop and other organizations can learn from them. Wish there were 10 stars to give.

Very honest shop with very reasonable prices. Their technicians are extremely thorough, and once they are finished, you get detailed invoices and lists of everything that they looked at. Great customer service from Shala at the front desk, with a positive attitude and no pressure to get things fixed, and Mike did a great job working on my car. This is a very professional shop, but without the professional prices.

I literally called 7 different shops in the Port Charlotte area for quotes, and nobody else had lower hourly labor rates than A&E. If you don't believe me, do a Google search of shops and call around the area to see for yourself. Ask them what their hourly labor rates are. I had a few issues last week with my old RSX (photo attached) in-between Tampa and Miami, but A&E got me back on the road without lying to me or breaking the bank.

They arranged for me to pick up my car this past Saturday morning from their lot, and I had an enjoyable and issue-free drive all the way down the gorgeous back-roads of Florida to Key Largo. Thanks again A&E!

I have a 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air. It is an expensive custom car and I am picky where I take it for repair. I needed custom exhaust work so I checked Yelp ratings and found A&E. I met with Marco and confirmed my car would be well taken care of. The staff were polite and professional. Marco called me and kept me informed which I found refreshing. I am thrilled with my new mufflers and exhaust. A&E also found a broken sway bar bushing while working under the car. I highly recommend this business.

My car is from New York and needed quite a bit of maintenance. The owner and staff took pictures and emailed them to me then called me to discuss everything they were doing every step of the way. They keep a detailed file for each vehicle so that they will always have the history of your car, what repairs they've done and recommendations for what may need to be done in the future.

I had such a good experience I also had work I might II vehicle down there as well I will never go anywhere else. If you're looking for a fair pricing they are the automotive shop to take your vehicles to. You won't be disappointed

I recently had a very bad experience with driving from CA to FL in a Uhaul to move and towing my mustang. While stopping for the night in Dallas TX my mustang was smashed up and broken into. I went to A and E Auto to get my mustang repaired and it was there for almost two weeks but not because of the shop it was my insurance company giving a hard time.

While it was there Marco the owner was so attentive and kept me in the loop and made me really feel like he cares. He always contacted my insurance company to help speed things along and went the extra mile to get my car back the way it was. In fact everyone there was so friendly and made me feel at ease! My mustang is back to beautiful and I couldn't be more happy with my experience at A and E Auto. I definitely recommend!

A&E is the best at caring for their customers. I am a worried daughter in a far away state, Mom (still driving at age 85+ ) in port Charlotte trusts her old old vehicle with them and she can always count on them. Never have misguided her or felt overcharged. Thanks so much A&E!

If you care about your vehicle, this is definitely where you want to bring it! I have a higher performance Challenger that has had all the service done on it along with a cold air intake and Borla exhaust. You couldn't ask for nicer, dedicated staff. Marco, the owner, is great about suggestions for upgrades and services, and loves older muscle cars too. Shayla is just the nicest person to talk to. Really great, clean shop.

I have used A & E Auto several times. Major work. 1. Complete new valve job/ timing belt and all that comes with the repair. 2. Wheel alignment 3. Oil change 4. Transmission fluid change. 5. Found used interior door panels. Replaced. 6. Diagnostic work that determined that a secondary repair shop installed the incorrect spark plugs. Took car back to have corrected. Complete repair and customer service staff professional. Thank you A & E!
