I had a string of bad luck and had not one but three different auto body repairs/painting done at Petersen's. I experienced an extremely welcoming environment and top notch service. I never even had to interact with my insurance. The repairs looked amazing and the customer care was beyond reproach. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

My beautiful vehicle was hit by an elderly lady in a parking lot and car had less than 19K miles on it, Tim and his team not only did a fantastic job repairing but they quickly let me know the car had precious repair/damaged done. I was floored and immediately sent photos to dealer (was a new car purchase) also had the dealer speak with Tim, agreement was made to straighten everything out and will be good as new, and to Tim's credit I received a $400.00 credit from the dealer for the situation.

My bumper looks better than new and I couldn't be more satisfied. If you need any work no matter the size of the job with respect to body work, paint anything I highly recommend Petersen for it all. Top notch and honest business.

Called to get a quote. Was told to bring it in for a quote. Showed up and was told "I never said I'd give ya a quote" and "I don't need customers that bad to give a quote to you." Waste of my time. If you want anything aftermarket painted, don't even waste your time calling or showing up. Insurance money must be good by the level of customer service here.

Super professional, friendly service! I was worried taking my car in after I got rear ended, because the paint is a white pearl color, which is EXTREMELY hard to match perfectly. Turns out, I didn't have to worry at all, because Peterson got my car back up to tip top shape! They even took care of a few small chips in my paint and vacuumed my car out for me!

Once again, Peterson Auto Body went above and beyond to provide quality service. My minivan looks great, they washed my floor covers, and even replaced a headlight that wasn't part of the repair for free. I had to call several times with insurance questions and Peterson's was always helpful. I tell everyone if you need body work on your car, go to Peterson Auto Body!

They worked with my insurance company and negotiated a price lower than the initial quote. My car was done ahead of schedule, looked great, and was washed inside and out. The free loaner car was clean and well maintained. Great service
