We have our Bethesda location as well as our Silver Spring location available for your service. We repair all makes and models of automobiles, can provide help with COD work, and also work with all major insurance companies.

Over 18,000 square feet of the latest equipment insures your car or truck come out better than new! Our 6000 sq ft facility in Bethesda, MD is equipped with a Car-o-Liner frame machine and a Team Blowtherm Expert 2000 paint booth. We also have two paint preparation stalls and six collision repair stalls to help us consistently complete jobs in a timely manor.

I have had my 2010 Toyota Prius repaired by Quattro 2x in the past 3 years. The 1st time a truck ran into the backend and Quattro worked with the truck company's insurance company to get everything repaired while I was away on vacation. The repairs were done well and the customer service was great. The 2nd time occured last week and someone took out my driver side rearview mirror while parked on the street.
I was peeved at the hit & run as I didn't really have time for my car to be in the shop. I knew the cost of repair was under my insurance deductible so I popped over to Quattro and they gave me a reasonable estimate in minutes. I said to go ahead and they put me on the schedule 2 days later and said they would call me when the part arrived to confirm.
They picked up that my prius needed a heated rearview mirror instead of a standard one and ordered the part from Toyota. I was very doubtful i'd be able to get in on our original chosen date. Suffice to say the part didn't arrive from Toyota until the afternoon of 2 days later and they called. I asked if It could still be done that day. They said bring the car in and they would try to get it done by the end of the day.
I brought the car in at 2:30. I then got the call that it was finished at 3:50pm. I was impressed. Matt and everyone at Quattro were friendly and professional. Great customer service and great work. Highly recommend.

Recently i had my car repaired by Quattro and could not be more pleased with their service at all levels. The front office and employees are both highly professional and communicative when discussing your project. I believe they go well beyond the norm in assuring the customer that all is well. They also assisted in obtaining a rental car and worked with my car insurance company. You definitely will not be disappointed with Quattro.

Critical: Quality Both my cars suffered the same fate at Quattro Auto Body. The confused inept estimator did not - for either car - convey to the technicians the various scratches to be removed. This place is an absolute scam, they charge my insurance almost 8000$ to repair two doors! They keep lying and lying about the date the car was supposed to be finished, they lied abt extra two days on my rental. They said we talked to rental company and your insurance will pay for the extra days. At the end I was charged for that. They completely messed up my interior, needs a full detailing, another 250 that I should pay. The pictures themselves speak:

Highly recommend! My car was sideswiped in dc and making a funny noise; I called Quattro and Jen (the manager) was able to get me in very quickly. They found the root of the noise and fixed it easily and didn't even ask for any money. I was worried I'd get scammed but I'm coming away feeling super thankful for them!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced Tylor the adjustor all he worried about collecting money from the customers. No clear explanation, always in rush to answer the question. all his answer is coming from like can you stop asking kind of face and he doesn't even make sure the customer is understanding the payments and the work it needs be done.
If he told me I am supposed to pay out of my pocket I would go somewhere else cheaper why would I spend $500 for 1 window glass so Rediclous even MAKE SURE GIVE Estimated PAPER IN CUSTOMER HAND BEFORE THE JOB IS DONE THIS COMPANY STEALS MONEY EVEN IF THE INSURANCE COVER IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THE ALTITUDE ISN'T EVEN WORTH THE TIME AND THE MONEY

I cannot say thank you enough to Bryce and Justin for helping me after Lexus Dealership Rockville deep scratched my antique sports car while in on a recall. Quattro treated me like the situation happened on their watch. Unlike Lexus Dealership who chose to go the 'cover up direction.' First it was Bryce who was so willing to do whatever possible to help.

Quattro Auto Body Silver Spring treats you like you are a part of their family. Solid estimate (I got three), exceptional work (my car loopks like new), easy drop off and pick up (rental agency located in the shop), clear communication about pickup timeline. The staff was friendly. However, the estimate I received was not comprehensive so when the car was returned, it had not been completely repaired and still had aesthetic damage. Also, I was given incorrect information about how long it would take to repair. In the end, I paid a lot of money for an incomplete repair.

Quattro Auto Body was one of the companies authorized by my insurance to complete work on my car. Getting a quote wasn't a problem, and they were able to complete the work within a reasonable time frame (only reason for the additional star). My issue lies with the aftercare. I could only pick the car up after hours. When I picked up the car I had several issues (battery was all of a sudden low, car was making noises, and ill fitting part). I've left several messages, and still no call back - will probably have to go elsewhere to fix their work. Oh, and they changed all my preset satellite stations and sound settings on my car.

This is my third time taking a vehicle to Quattro Auto Body and unsurprisingly they superseded my expectations every time. During my last visit, I dropped off my Porsche Panamera for front bumper and headlight replacement. The customer services by Jen was phenomenon, she went above and beyond even to the extend of helping deal with my car insurance and rental car. The customer service at this shop is beyond extraordinary. Even after the car was deemed a total loss after a tree fell on it, the employees were helpful and generous. They covered both broken windshields sufficiently after the car was towed there despite not being asked to and provided parking for my car even after they knew they were not going to get any payment for the car because it was totaled. I have never been so impressed by the customer service side of a mechanics shop. Thank you so much!

I have been here twice and had great experiences both times. The first time was about 6 years ago when i hit a deer. The paint matched well and everything fit great. The last time was hail damage and they were able to have a technician that does paintless dent repair take care of everything quickly! They were professional and helpful both times and I highly recommend them

I had a bad experience with Quattro. They replaced my rear door of my van and taped on the emblem they broke off when removig it from the original door rather than ordering another one, then I found they didn't secure the interior wall to the door, ~$4,000 securely. I also had my front windshield removed and had the rust removed around it, about 2.5 months later, my headliner at the windshield started to fall down so I called them to ask them to retuck and glue it as it was most likely associated with removing the windshield and gasket which are immediately adjacent to the headliner.
They refused and said it had nothing to do with the $2,500+ windshield job. Then, they kindly had my car cleaned and ever since, the cleaning destroyed the interior engine insulation so bits and pieces of sound insulation blow in every time I use it (still.) and the entire interior carpeting was wet. I would avoid them. I wanted to like them but there was too much to not like.

Amazing work and communication. Very happy with the job they did. Even though it was an insurance job, I had some questions for the man appraising the damage regarding further work. He was straight forward and honest, basically telling me what was worth doing and what wasn't. That kind of honesty is rare in the car repair industry and it was highly appreciated. If you're thinking about taking your car here after and accident or for work. DON'T. This place is awful. My car was vandalized so I took it there off of a recommendation from my fiance. Was that a big mistake. Everything was cool in the beginning and they were very efficient and fast from the beginning and helped me get my car from Columbia to silver spring.
I thought it would be worth it because i just knew they were going to do a good job. NOPE. They called me on a Wednesday to let me know my car was ready and I told them I wouldn't be able to pick it up until Monday because I had to get a ride over there. My car was there for over a week and they assured me that everything was ok. I couldn't pick my car up because they close at 5, making it highly inconvenient for anyone to get over there. SO i finally arrive there after my car had been sitting for 4 days.
I got in my car and took it for a test drive and almost every light turned on and the car felt shaky. I turned back around to let them know and an idiot who sits in the front says do you mind if I look? I said go ahead, he comes back sayin he didn't see anything, I said did you drive it? He was like, oh no let me get a tech (I;m like seriously?
The tech comes out saying I didn't see anything. I said once again, did you drive it? He comes back 30 minutes later and was like there is a wire missing in the steering wheel that has been missing since your airbag was stolen, then he has the audacity to say "I guess I should have test driven it when I was done (Ya think, you tool!) So i'm like now what? He's like, you have to come back because we have to order this part to fix it.
And i'm pissed the hello off, my ride left, and now i have to get into a rental vehicle that they have conveniently in the office, which i did not know! would have been good information to share with someone who is in a rental that I could have returned it there (Carless) Then some girl in the front smiles at me and says "This happens with airbags. Are you kidding me, you had several days to fix my car and thats the best you can do? this lackluster attitude assured me that the people working in there don't give a damm about their jobs or service. Don't tell me this happens, apologize for the inconvenience. No, it was so quiet in there, you could here a pin drop.
I was late for my appointment and pissed off I ever went there. BIG MISTAKE I was then told that someone would contact me once the work was done, it almost 7 and I still haven't received a call from that dusty old shop. If you want to mess you car up even more, bring it here. If you want people working on your car sho have pride in the their job, take it anywhere else but here. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. DON'T GO HERE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

This place took three weeks to fix a fender bender. When I got my truck back, I discovered I was ROBBED. They stole my cell chargers, my mophie, and my floor mats. Really? At least it was expensive and highly inconvenient. Take your vehicle elsewhere. Avoid the invasion, avoid the theft, avoid the lengthy repairs, and avoid the hurt. These people are thieves. Who steals floor mats? Seriously!? Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. You've been warned.

I wish I was writing about a spa, or fabulous restaurant because there's only one reason to write about a body shop and it's not good news. Both times I brought my car here were for minor fender bender reasons. Most recently though I needed minor work on my front bumper.
I brought my car in shortly after the accident to get an estimate and an idea of how long I'd need to part with my vehicle. Also I wanted to make sure they had the needed parts to save time. They quoted four days. It too five, but no big deal; I got my car back on Friday so I didn't have to pay for a rental over the weekend. They did a fantastic job. My vehicle looks great. My insurance company recommends Quattro and so do I.

I've had an excellent experience with Quattro Auto Body in Silver Spring. And trust me, they did not ask me to submit this review. My car was involved in a hit and run and had all the front part pretty smashed up. Quattro was the only body shop in the area to take my car in for an estimate right away and they took it in for repairs the very next day.
My car was ready, shiny and looking like new in exactly 3 days. They also cleaned it up pretty nicely, inside an out. The staff is professional and very friendly, willing to help and having a great understanding of urgency and one's need for their vehicle. I give them 5 stars because only 5 are available. But they deserve 100 stars. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs great and timely service for their car.

I have just picked up my car from Quatro in Silver Spring. I am 100% happy with my experience. I honestly can't tell where the new paint begins and ends. The car looks perfect. I was so happy with the work that I decided to have all the other little dings removed as well so that my car would look perfect all over. I will recommend this company to everyone.

The service I received with these guys was just exceptional. First of all, I liked that you could use their online scheduler to contact them about setting an appointment. They called me back later that same day and I was able to drop off my vehicle the following morning. In addition to their prompt service, they also called me after I had dropped off my car to let me know that there was another damaged area (from a previous accident that I hadn't had fixed yet) that could be fixed at the same time for cheap since they were already going to be repainting that area anyway. An auto repair place offering to save you some money?
That is pretty unheard of in my experience. They completed the work quickly and my car looked beautiful when I picked it up. Couldn't be more satisfied! I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that this shop has an Enterprise Rent-a-Car that is attached and the guy there was also fantastic. Very accomodating and nice and for basically running a one-man-show, does a great job.
