We will also honor any insurance estimate brought to us, as they are almost always underwritten. We ask that you please bring them to us so we can show where you were shortchanged. The vehicle owner has the right and legal obligation to choose where you get your car repaired. You do not have to take your car where your insurance tells you, your company will just give you options, forcing you is illegal.

Mace Auto Body did an outstanding job repairing the front end of my 2003 Silverado after I hit a deer. It looks like brand new, they did an excellent job of matching the paint, which I know was challenging on a nearly 20 year old truck. Friendly, courteous staff kept me informed every step of the way and worked with my insurance to process the claim. A fantastic experience, definitely would use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing body or paint work. Very pleased!

My truck had it's rear end smashed in and after the accident, a myriad of other issues arose with strange noises and odd sounds occuring while driving. They did a fantastic job fixing the truck bed, the rear quarter panel, and the bumper, but the thing that impressed me was that they managed to get the strange noises to go away. I'm very impressed with the end result and I appreciate that I was kept up to date with the progress of the repairs. My family has used Mace for years and they have always had exemplary service. I'm very happy with the work and will definitely use them again in the future.

I would absolutely recommend MACE and use them again! I had minor front bumper damage, about a 12in long dent. I had gotten another estimate from somewhere else and MACE worked with me on the price difference. They promised my car would be done in 3 days and it was. They were able to fix the dent instead of a new part which I am glad for. Their work on my car was seamless and very well done! Looks brand new, only a 2018.
I observed they even washed my car and cleaned it up inside! I am forever grateful to this fine, local and family owned business! Thank You All for such an outstanding job! (Work done a week ago)

Mace did a great job on my car. It was totaled because someone shredded the bumper and slightly damaged the side panel with their tailpipe. I did a buy back from my insurance company and mace replaced the bumper and repaired the side panel by welding it, and you can't even tell it was ever damaged at all.

Mace made our mishap less stressful. Mace worked directly with the insurance company and with the rental car company. So basic all we had to do was drop off our car and pick up the car when it was finished. The car was done quickly and looked great. I hope to never be in another accident but in the event we our mace would be my 1st choice.

I am very disappointed in this company today. We received a call last week while we were on vacation saying that our car was ready for pick up. We drove 1.5 hours to Mace today to try to pick up the car but they were closed. We called multiple times while on our way and left many messages. I realize that there is a holiday tomorrow but there is no holiday today.
If a business were to be closed on a day that is not a holiday I would expect/appreciate there to be some sort of away message on their voicemail. We spent a total of 3 hours in the car today and were not even able to pick our car up. This caused a huge inconvenience to my family and I do not appreciate it.
