Without the doubt, the best car buying experience ever. I ordered the car, and they kept me informed of its progress through the entire process. The car was prepped perfectly for delivery, and the finance manager was friendly and easy to work with.

I was very impressed with my service at first. On my way home, I noticed the alignment was off. I called the very next morning to ask if I could have the alignment redone. I was told there was nothing they could do, and was completely blown off! A couple months later my mechanic informed me I had an oil leak, a power steering leak and my 2 front tires are ruined because of the alignment.

So I call in again and they tried to blow me off again. I kept on pushing and FINALLY got a phone call, but just to be told they would look to see if I needed an alignment and that none of the rest of the issues would be fixed. He also informed me that even if there are small leaks, they don’t fix them because they can fix every small little thing that wrong with a car. So if you are going to buy a car from them make sure you have a mechanic look it over really well before you buy it!

We worked with Mike Sheahon for the purchase of our vehicle. He provided information on our car without being overly pushy for the sale . We appreciated this aspect very much. The dealership provided prompt responses to email inquiries prior to our traveling to test drive and ultimately purchase our vehicle. I would recommend this dealership without any reservations.
