Emergency Roadside Assistance is available to You twenty-four (24) hours a day, 365 days a year, subject to the limitations stated below. During your 12 months on coverage, You are entitled to 1 (one) roadside service. You will only have to pay for non-covered expenses and covered costs in excess of Your sixty dollar ($60.00) per occurrence limit.

I always love McSpadden service. they are honest and I trust their work. However this time I was a bit disappointed. I asked to change head light bulb and fog light bulb. However they forgot to change fog light bulb. Even when asked, they were not apologitic. Fog light is optional but I cannot get it serviced just to change it. If they forget, atleast saying sorry should have helped. I still like them. I know they forgot. But they should have come open about it.

We have the utmost trust in and respect for the Bee Cave McSpadden Team. They have been caring for our vehicles for years. Ryan and Caleb in the front office are exceptional on intake and close out but excel in ongoing communication about the repair job. The mechanics are quick and thorough- we trust them completely. I brought my car in for an oil change. Included in the oil change was a tire rotation. Since I was waiting for my car I saw that the tires had not been rotated. I questioned this and was told he would check. It had not been done. He was very polite and helpful and they brought it right back in to do the tire rotation., but If I had not been there and watched I would never have known.

I dropped my car off to have oil changed and have my tire checked. It had been low and losing air for several months, and I did not have time to drop it off anywhere. MCSpadden's is right by my job and they made it fast and easy! My car was finished by lunch time and they didn't try to charge me for anything extra and had very fair/reasonable prices. I will be using them again in the future and would recommend them to family and friends

Not sure what has happened lately at McSpadden's we have been taking our cars there for years. Had the a/c repaired spent $1,500 took it back in telling them we had a leak they said they found nothing. Then took the car in for an oil change and inspection and was told we needed a new tail light for it to pass. So I had to bring the car back in and leave for the day but then they ordered the wrong tail light.
Then we brought it back in to get the tail light repaired and now they said they have found the leak that we had mentioned last time and need to bring the car back in for them to look at. Not impressed and very poor communication this should not have taken three trips leaving our car all day to still not have this resolved. We have other options in Lakeway I'm gonna check out next time.
