I have taken my older foreign cars to them for over 12 years. They are always professional, friendly, and very fairly priced. They have definitely earned my trust. I actually haven't had work here yet but I called to get some pricing on work. The people are extremely helpful as I was going to buy a Land Rover and the gentleman on the phone told me to watch out for a couple things and check a couple others. Their work is great from what I hear and the pricing certainly compares with the other foreign/import repair shops in the area. If rather deal with them since they are actually friendly.

I have a BMW Z4 that had an electrical problem in the ignition system and never would have figured it out on my own. In very short order the problem was found and fixed with a new ignition module at the steering column. Service was fast friendly, precise and at a fair price. I highly recommend them. Great service, I've been going here for many years. They are friendly, professional and straightforward. They give you the details and allow you to decide on what you would prefer without ever being pushy. My favorite employee is Maverick, he greets you while wagging his tail! The rest of the crew is awesome too.

Scott and the crew have been fantastic over the years to keep my 2004 Volvo XC90 running in tiptop shape. I couldn't recommend them more highly and that's a lot coming from perhaps the biggest car mechanic skeptic there is. Their work is done right the first time, the cost is reasonable and never shady. What more can I say? They are the best.

While I ended up not needing to take my car in I just wanted to say both Brad & Scott were a joy during the process. Both very helpful and offered excellent customer service in just determining if an appointment was needed. Very refreshing! Should I need anything in the future, C & H is where Ill go!

I had a horrible experience taking my Mercedes benz here. My car wouldn't start after pumping gas. I told scot my issue he said they'd be able to help. Long story short after paying more than $900 and my benz almost a week at the shop the problem was never fixed. I got my car back exactly the same way I left it. when I asked for the part they replaced Scot said they threw it away and would look for it in the garbage.

I never got my old part back. They failed to mention that I also had a problem under the hood. My boyfriend (not a mechanic) replaced a valve that was basically hanging on and saw some duct hoses detached, mind you these hoses are under the hood in plain sight. When I asked scot if they did a full car inspection he said "yes" I will not be recommending this place or coming back.

I have taken my car here many times throughout the years and have always been very satisfied with the service but yesterday, it was over the top exceptional and because of that, I feel they deserve a huge shout out! Yesterday, I had a mild emergency with my car. While driving around town, my car started driving terrible and making horrible noises and while I was pulling over, I stuck my head out of the driver's window and noticed my front drivers wheel was wobbling!

I immediately called tire shops in town-since we just recently had taken off my snow tires, I was certain this problem was related to that. After calling numerous local tire shops, even the tire shop that I had purchased the snow tires from and they had put on in the Fall, completely blew me off. All of the tire shops I called blew me off, dismissing my suspicion that it was tire related and told me it was a separate issue, therefore told me I needed to take my car into a mechanic shop, not a tire shop.

I finally called C&H and talked to Scott. I explained the problem and without hesitation, he told me to get my car in and they would see what was going on. They did, immediately. They fixed the problem without hassle and all while making me feel as if they didn't have at least a dozen other customer cars to service! Turns out, when we removed my snow tires a few days ago, the hub- centric rings were left on accidently causing my all tires not to to be properly mounted and come loose. Thanks again C&H for your awesome service!

I contacted C&H for my BMW X5 Diesel service. This was the best choice I have ever made in finding that right place to service my vehicle. (They even offered to take me to my office while they serviced my car.) Outstanding customer service and even cleaned my car! When you rely on your vehicle it's so rewarding to find a repair shop that takes pride in providing such care to your investment that you and your family count on.

Scott and Brad are always so welcoming. The services they provide are always explained in a way that is understandable. When my battery died at home Tripple A came out got me started and suggested that I needed a new battery. I called C&H and Scott worked me into their busy schedule to replace my battery. Critical: Quality, Value Brought my car in thinking they'd fix the issue at hand. The complete opposite happened. Not only did they not fix the issue, more issues came about. Instead of offering to fix what was wrong, they insisted that it wasn't their problem. Services: Electrical, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical repair

I took my car here to get a diagnostic & was told it would be between 80 to 300. I was charged the most expensive & didn't even get a FULL diagnostic.on their results if what's wrong w/ the car, it said a small leak but no time was taken to see where & why but wanted me to pay to get further diagnostics done on that & the air conditioner wasn't checked out either which doesn't work.

I work part time while going to school & don't have a lot of money to dump into a car shop that charges the most to get money out of you. I won't ever take my car here again.

C & H Auto Repair is very professional and provides great service for our Audi Q5. We had bought another used Q5 but had it serviced at another repair shop because we needed it for an unforseen trip. The oil needed changing and needed 65K maintinance. After the trip we noticed an oil leak and some other things that gave us a negative feeling about what was done. Took it back to Scott at C & H and had it gone over under their specs. They fixed the problem and we are glad to be back with them. They have taken great care for our cars since moving to Spokane 4 years ago. Frank & Patty

These guys are everything you want in a repair shop. They're honest, they're quick, they offer the best service I've ever had, and they explain things in a way almost anyone could understand. I've never had any issues with their work and I know enough about cars to know that they've never ripped me off on something I don't really need. Their prices are fair, probably not the lowest in the area, but I'd be willing to pay a lot more for the peace of mind and quality of work I get from C&H.

I don't want to sound like a used car commercial but there honestly isn't anything bad that I can say about them. I've never been anywhere else that treats me as well or does as good of work, on my car.

We have been customers of C&H for the past 28 plus years. We would never consider using any other auto repair facility for our three vehicles. We consider C&H part of our family and they have always treated us with the utmost respect, professionalism and expertise.
