One of my diesel utility trucks blew an oil line on RT73 at 6pm. My mechanic recommended A Jacks. They had a flatbed truck on site in 30 minutes. Their man, Matt, was prompt, professional and spent 45 minutes loading and securing the truck to the deck. Had it delivered to my mechanics shop. I would highly recommend this company and their driver Matt.

The tow was fine but the owner took it upon himself to change my oil and bill me for it without calling and asking. Adding a 30 dollar charge I didn't have the money for that day. I will not go back. To perform services without consent is like stealing. Yes my truck needed an oil change I knew that I also didn't have the money. So he did work I didn't ask to have done, he also did it without a even a phone call. These are hard times but that is unethical.

If you get in an accident in Monroe Township in NJ and do not have full coverage insurance, insist on a different tow company. These guys lie to get your car to their shop then make the price so high a low income person cannot afford it. He then offers to rip you off further by making you pay a much lower amount along with the title of your car. If you find someone willing to pay his towing fee for the car at no charge to you, then Jacks will find a reason why that company can't pick it up. We found 3 other companies and he refused all of them. They are ripping people off. Shame on Monroe Township for contracting with this POS business.

2nd time getting my car serviced here, great work. I needed a full exhaust, They shopped it to get me the best price for it even got my passenger side mirror it fits perfect, though I didn't ask for it but, I did need it they gave me an oil change. If ever I need repairs again, I'll definitely choose A Jack's first. Again great work and reasonable prices. My car is running great. Thank you Jack and crew.

Jack was great! I called Tuesday morning and told him what I needed he gave me an estimate right on the phone, came and towed my car about 45 minutes to 1 hour later, repaired the things I needed and a few other things ( not outrageously priced, but definitely needed) also gave my car an oil change, everything was done by Friday morning, I went and picked it up and everything was a few dollars cheaper than the original estimate. My car is running great I am completely satisfied with Jack and A-Jacks Towing & Recovery. Thank you so much for getting my car back on the road safely.

This review is purely based on the fact that I called for a price, he saw on the caller ID that I had an out of state number and told me to call back the next day. When I asked if he was not able to give me a price, he asked where I was located (less than 5 miles from your location) and when I told him, he all of the sudden was able to give me the price. Taking nothing away from the service you provide as I'm sure it is great work but his customer service could use some improvement.
