Only a handful of facilities in the United States are selected to be certified. We're proud of our accreditations we have with such organizations as I-Car, ASE and Certified Assured Performance. You'll also be glad to know that we work hand in hand with all insurance companies to ensure a repair that brings your vehicle back to pre-accident condition. Correct aluminum repairs require specialized training and equipment, including an aluminum "clean room".

K&H Automotive is a true environmental leader. We "go green" in every way possible. As you can imagine, this is quite a commitment in not only financial terms, but also in the ways we conduct our business. For example, we are the first facility in New Jersey to install a water-based paint system using BASF Glasurit paint.

John and Basit have been INCREDIBLE in helping get my Audi A4 fixed! I was filing an insurance claim which encountered its own set of issues, to which they always kept the customer in mind first and helped resolve any and every issue with the insurance company. They did an amazing job with the car, looks like there was never any hit or scratch, and perfect paint match as well.
Highly recommend taking your Audi vehicle to this shop as their one of the only certified audi shops in the area as well! Thank you to their team and staff for also always being prompt with their phone calls and emails!

An unbiased opinion. I was referred to K&H Automotive by my car dealer, Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. As a result of the current pandemic, we live in a world that has been greatly impacted by labor shortages, supply shortages, and poor customer service. From my perspective, it seems that K&H Automotive has not been impacted by any of the aforementioned issues.
I was pleasantly surprised by the communication & timing, fairness, quality, and professionalism of the entire team. The ability for this team to go above and beyond in today's current state is a testament to the company culture, treatment of its employees and relationships with its suppliers. I highly recommend K&H Automotive for your car repair services.

My RV was damaged at the Princeton Mercedes Benz dealership and they use the services of K&H for repairs. I thought I would have a good experience and be able to post a rave review but that is not the case. The job was not done properly, there was poor quality control, and a lack in the final inspection of the work that was performed and the actual clean up of the vehicle - all basis responsibilities for s body shop one would assume.
They indicate in there own literature that they have accreditation/ certification from auto manufactures - it didn't seem that meant very much seeing the work product. If you have s choice, go elsewhere. Over promise and under deliver. By the way- Fox News plays in the waiting area so maybe all of my experiences were just my imagination. NOT!

The service I received from the owner and the manager was outstanding. They were very helpful, the services to be done on my car were explained to me. They explained the most cost effective way to have my car repaired. thereby saving me money. The owner went over and beyond; We are immensely grateful. Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

The only place I would ever take my car! They are always so kind and so helpful! Every time I've been there my car is perfect when returned after having work done. Always a pleasure going here! They are very quick with returning calls and the communication is great. They are able to do things paint wise that others say they cannot! Best place to go!

New owner, Short on staff. If you call they say they will return your call but don't.poor comunication! Although.great body work. If you can put up with lack of communication, and then when they promise you the car on a certain date and don't deliver it is extremely frustrating. I gave 2 star only because the body work was done well. In response to the owner.
I was told car would be ready on Friday. Jon also told this to insurance company that my car would be ready on Friday.so I had to bring back the loaner on Friday, which was done. I told Jon that I would pay by credit card by phone pick up my car after hours with my second key on Friday. I would then go back on Monday to pick up my key. Jon was never calling on Friday like he said he would so I called and was in formed the car would now be ready on Monday. So I was without a car for 2 days. Craziness! Yes. Craziness!

A+++ for service. We stopped there on reco from the MB dealer down the street. A w/end accident dented the hood & the "open hood" warning was on throughout. And a drive back to NH needed to happen. K&H received us very quickly, advised us & did a 'quick fix' (with a bunch of warnings about safety, etc) to disable the warning (&the noise) and get us on our way. And no payment was accepted, except to stay safe on our drive back to NH. Super people. Quick. Efficient. Great Customer Experience. Thank you.
