I rarely take my car to a professinal but when parts break that i am not able to fix myself i only trust Genuine Mechanics. There service team did a bang up job diagnosing and replacing my catalytic converter and were kind of enough to check balance on my spare tire for no extra charge! As a hardcore car enthusiast i am very reluctant to have anyone touch my car. But after the superb customer service and repair work i received they have my trust and respect.

They did a great job replacing, and programming a new transponder key for me. I got in the same day I called made an appointment, in 45 minutes I was in and out. Saved me half the money than going to a dealership to get it done, with the same professional staff! Great job guys. Thanks.

Staff was accommodating and requested work was done quickly. Did have some damage to the headliner lighting unit that the team denies causing. Wasn't there when I dropped off, was there when I picked up. I assume it was accidental but team was immediate to deny any wrong doing. It will likely be a few dollar clip and could have been addressed when I was bringing the vehicle back for additional work.

I will be bringing the vehicle to another shop for the future work, due to the response. Shop is right down the road for me and this was my first experience. Sorry to say I will not go back.

Outstanding service, I cant even begin to describe how incredible the people are here. I had an issue and the wonderful woman at the front desk was incredibly nice to me. Not only was she nice she ensured that my car was going to be taken care of. I cant thank them enough, seriously deserve a round of applause. Now even the price was way more then fair. Again highly recommend. Thanks to Genuine mechanics I'll be enjoying my Mustang this summer.
