Got my windshield changed back in 2015. I could see the glue bead more than the sun in the dessert. had wind noise for years. I hadn't known about Owens auto glass until a few months ago and they got me in and out in 25 minutes tops with no vision of glue head and zero wind noise. Very proud of them kind gentleman and for a much cheaper price you can't complain one bit. I've heard many bad reviews from customers at American eagle and I've yet to hear a single bad word upon Owens.

Worse experience I have had with an auto glass company. They replaced my windshield after a rock cracked it, the windshield leaked around the headliner and stained it. I took it back to be fixed, they didn't fix it in fact the leak became worse and soaked the carpet in my truck. Took them two weeks to get my truck in to be fixed again " for the third time" they also refused to fix the carpet or headliner damage. 10/10 would not recommend.

I called to get a quote, got their number from their website, they were busy so they needed to call me back and that was fine. I just wanted a price so while I had to wait I called the Terre Haute location from the same website, and they gave me a quote of $250 for a windshield replacement. After I got off the phone the Danville location called me and quoted me $480.
I asked why such the big price difference she first said taxes but I told her taxes wouldnt be $230 different then she said they are a totally different company. I think it's because with all the hail damage they are raising their rates. I will call back in about 3 months and I bet it will be back down be close to the Terre haute locations price. just a bad way to do business.
