Got in on short notice for an alignment, they did a good job on the 1 ton

After having my VW serviced here recently, I've made a decision to establish Mike's Collision as my primary service center. The administrative receptionist is super friendly and they offer a loaner vehicle for customers in need. The vehicle servicing time is speedy and I find them to be extremely reliable. Overall, Mike's Collision has acquired a 5-star rating in MY book. I recommend this company for vehicle servicing. GO TRUMP!

I worked with Scott and from the first meeting with him I felt comfortable that my truck would be brought back to its pre accident beauty. After finally making our repair appointment I suffered a little anxiety that my truck would feel different, but on the day of delivery it was beautiful. I give Mike's thumbs up and many thanks for treating my truck with loving care and returning it as quickly as they did.

I've had my truck fixed here twice. It's out of the way for me, but they have gone way out of their me. Very professional, very nice people, everyone is friendly and genuinely are interested in their customers. As a mechanic my self (they did bodywork on my truck) they exceeded my expectations, even came out to my work to pick up my truck out in Lake Crystal. They have gone above and beyond the standard of repair shops, and have set the bar pretty high in my view.

Although I live in the Twin Cities area, I always like to support my hometown small businesses. I have taken my car in for repair at Mike's Collision & Repair on two separate occasions and have received excellent service each time. I first met with Scott for an estimate and he was able to give me a quote within a few minutes. After scheduling the appt. it only took about 1.5 days to complete the body work on my car. When I picked it up, I was happy to see it looking like new again, even freshly washed and detailed. I'd go back to Mike's in a heartbeat, definitely recommend.

So thankful for an auto repair that is honest and will give you straight scoop on repairs. They saved me $450 by not doing a repair. Highly recommend.
