The work they did on the exterior of my vehicle was great! The detailing inside they said they would do was awful. There are streaks all over the insides of my windows, windshield, and display screen.

I can't say enough good things about this business. They were professional yet personal. They were accurate about the estimate and amazingly prompt with how fast they got my car done. In the meantime, I had a rental that served me perfectly. Thanks Wayne Larson. You are number one in my book and will be my go to and recommend from here on out.

Very disgusting experience! They did very unprofessional jobs. I take my gf's car to there and they did bad job. But I can accept that because I just unlucky to find this body shop. (That's mean I need find another body shop spend the same money to repair it perfectly) The really bad thing is they made my gf's car get another new scratches when they did repair.

Those bring us over $1000 damage. We pretty sure there are no those scratches before we do repair. Many friends and another body shop people can prove that. They find many excuses and deny that even we have video for the car before do the repair. They are really rude and irresponsible. They are the only business I have ever seen to drive customer. Obviously it's not a good choice to do repair here.

For anyone that has to get their car repaired. The timing and circumstances aren't always the greatest. And the treatment I got from Wayne Larsen collision center didnt give me any less stressed. On arrival when I droped my car off. The woman behind the front desk was extremely condescending and rude. When I asked questions. Then When I was given my loaner car it was only at a fourth of a tank.

In which the woman behind the desk and I agreed. Upon returning the vehicle I filled it alittle over a fourth of the tank. Then I received a phone call saying that I owed them $15. When I called back explaining that simply wasn't true they were extremely rude. Recommendation don't go to Wayne Larson Collision Center! They are crooks and are definitely lacking in the customer service department.

I had major damage to the right side of my 2015 GMC. The guys did a fantastic job of repair. You can not tell it was even repaired. Service was great and it was ready for me when then told me it would be done. Definitely recommend them.

In my opinion, Wayne Larson Collision is the best place in Ames to take a torn up vehicle. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, they even helped me deal with the insurance company! When I took my car there, they got it fixed and returned to me way earlier than the expected date given to me. Pricing is extremely fair for a local company. I highly recommend to all!

I had an encounter with a deer in my pickup, and I took it to Wayne Larson Collision Specialists for various body repairs. Bottom line, other than the vision of the deer engrained in my head, my experience at Wayne Larson Collision was courteous, professional and the truck was repaired to my satisfaction. They're really nice, friendly people and will certainly do what they can to get your vehicle repaired when you have the need.

I have never been so dissatisfied with an auto body shop. My car had gotten sideswiped and the insurance company suggested this place. My car was there for over a week, and honestly, I'm more upset about how it looked after their work than before I took it in. When they painted the new rim they painted it while it was on the car. Who does that? They over-sprayed onto my tire, brakes and calipers, and then painted the center cap too.

They replaced the mirror but failed to put it in correctly. So, when I was picking it up one of their employees tried taking a screwdriver to it and ended up making it worse by tearing the seal. They also painted the mirror and over-sprayed onto the bottom back half of the mirror. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My car seems to be a deer magnet as of late, and I received GREAT service from Larsons. From immediate towing of my car to the shop, loaner car provided, efficient fix to good as new condition. They worked directly with my insurance company and I did not have to get involved after the initial claim.
