Founded in 2003 by Andre Arneson, Intense Collision Center is a service-disabled veteran-owned company. The owner is backed by over 30 years of industry experience. Andre is a disabled Navy veteran who graduated with honors from Central Florida Community College in auto body refinishing and repair and is ICAR and ASE Master Certified.

I would never recommend this shop to anyone who owns a foreign vehicle or is in need of repairs. I had my tire pressure sensor replaced and I had two bring it in two separate times because he didn't reset the computer properly and then the 3rd time, yes 3rd time it STILL wasn't right. I went back in and they were supposed to call me when they could look at it AGAIN and I still have not been contacted.
This was weeks ago. I wouldn't have brought my vehicle here if I had known that they were not competent enough to fix my Jaguar. The mechanic told me personally he was "Jaguar Certified", which I would never had done business with them otherwise.

Best place for autobody repair. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I got my car back in a timely manner, had communication through out the whole process and my car looked like it did the day we drove it off the lot. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Took a Camry in for a rebuild- brought in all the parts was told it would be a week or two. Ended up being 2 months. I understand things come up but the communication was lacking and there was not a great deal of advocacy for the customer. We bought headlights for the car and was told they were correct and then when they got to that part of the rebuild I was told they were not the right lights and would need to pay for relay to make it work.
I could have returned the lights if I was first told accurate information. There was also a few pieces we needed to get that I missed which is understand but when the tech and office person I talked to told me I had all the parts, I trusted they knew what they were talking about. We were also told the check engine light reader would be included and was charged $60 for it.
So now I have paid for electrical work for the lights and they do not work. So I should not have had to pay for their incompetence. Do not go to them if you require real work to be done. The paint spotting looks like a child did it. The overall paint job looks decent.
