Ken and his team definitely are the best in the Biz. I had a recent incident with my Audi A6 with stones flying all over damaging my hood, windshield, and bumper along with a key mark on the door and quarter panel which was a whole other incident. The car was out for some time at the shop but when I received it back I couldn't believe the results.

I thought I was looking at a new Audi. I know that some body shops miss match the paint work, but with my car I couldn't tell no matter how hard I tried to find a defect. Ken has been in the industry for a long time and his along with his teams fine work definitely shows. I highly highly recommend him. Hopefully I won't be back at this shop anytime soon but I definitely recommend him anyone that wants quality work

We purchased a beautiful "heart" for our back yard landscaping. We had hoped it could survive through the winter but unfortunately, it had some issues. We had the "heart" repaired and then reached out to different auto body shops to see who might be able to help us with a sealer for our heart. Many of the auto body shops either did not respond or just didn't want to work on it. D & S replied immediately, responding quickly to all of my questions.

Their communication was excellent and their work was the very best. Plus the pricing was very reasonable. Our "heart" is now sealed and back in its original place in our back yard. We love it and we love the service we were provided. D & S checked with us every step of the way to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. It was more than we had hoped for.

My BMW X3 front bumper was hit and it's red paint needed repair. Although I had to wait a couple weeks (because so busy), it was finished as promised, looks great, and they even touched up a door ding - what a kind gesture!

Oh man! I can't say enough good things about this shop! They took great care of me and my car! I tried Mike's Auto Body but they had me booked out for months. But D&S Body Shop got me in fast and when it suited me best! Thank you for great service from everyone!

I was a victim of a hit and run. Our trusted mechanic at Valley Imports referred us to D $ S. I spoke with Matt and he's the one who did the estimate. Really nice, and knowledgeable. The estimate seemed reasonable. The work was done in the estimated time and my car looks new! The wash and vacuum was very professional.they even do the inside of the windows! These folks know what excellent customer service is!

Deception and shady work. We left the car for a week to paint the rear right door and back bumper. Afterwards they charged extra and did not complete the job. Instead of painting the door, they only polished it. Never again

They completed the work one day sooner than the original estimate, the work was perfect, I was continually updated of my vehicles status via email and they even detailed my car prior to me picking it up. One morning, the garbage truck smashed my pet classic BMW up onto my lawn. After seeing three other body shops, apparently all owned by a certain 'Captain Obvious", who all diligently informed me that "25 year old parts are harder to get ". I came upon Ken at D&S. He posses the right combination of hands on experience. attention to detail and practicality.

I was delighted with the results, No pretenders, just a professional that knows what he is doing and acts like it. I recommend him unhesitatingly--And I'm the guy that Very rarely gives out recommendations, because let's face it, too many people are jerks.

I have nothing but good things to say about D&S Body Shop. I had to get the rear bumper replaced on my Tesla Model 3, which was dinged while parked in a parking lot (so, totally the other driver's fault). CSAA (my insurer) sent me to D&S after I confirmed that they did work on Tesla cars (Tesla car owners - not all body shops will work with Tesla cars).

I was able to get an estimate appointment almost immediately, and got an instant quotation. They ordered the part from Tesla, and called me when the part was in. I then made an appointment for the repair, and they said that the repair would take 3 days. Early on the third day, I got another call to say the work was done and my car was ready to be picked up. Sweet! So, why am I so happy with D&S?

I don't know that they performed the repair better or worse than other shops would. But (1) they have a very nice and competent person that answers the phone, makes appointments, handles the paperwork, and checks you in and out (I hate it when the phone is answered or the desk is manned by a mechanic or the owner who always seems to want to be doing anything but helping you out); (2) they washed the car when they were done (and I don't just mean squirted with a hose; they really cleaned the car, made sure the windshield was spotless, and even vacuumed the inside; I would have PAID for that level of cleaning); and (3) they constantly kept me apprised of the status of the repair by text, so I knew how the work was going and when it was done.

To me, the difference between a 4-star operation and one that gets 5 stars from me is they get the little things right. I assume competence, and I'm impressed by the extra effort. I'll definitely head back next time some schmo hits my precious M3.

Ken and the guys at D&S are very professional and do a great job. Ken's helped me multiple times with some unique situations and was always very flexible with my requests. I've always had positive experiences with this shop, and they are also very reasonably priced. I will recommend D&S to family, friends and anyone really in the area in the need for body work or painting.

D & S made it so easy to get my Chevy Colorado fixed up after my little accident with a fire hydrant. They were completely professional. When they were all done my truck looked brand new! Thank you Ken - you were great to work with!

I stopped by and asked them to inspect some light damage to my bumper. I wasn't sure if the bumper would require repainting or something else. Matt was very courteous and helpful. He tried buffing out the damaged area, and it turned out to be all that was needed. So, I was able to avoid any further inconvenience. When I offered to pay, he said "no charge". I'm very pleased!

I wanted to make sure that anyone who requires work from a body shop, be sure to utilize this family owned business. I had to install a rear diffuser for my sedan and the folks at D&S were helpful, efficient, fair priced, friendly, professional and overall exceptional. This is one of the very best body shop experiences I've had. I have owned many cars over the past 47 years, but I've never had a more pleasant experience. They did the work as promised in 1 hour and charged a fair price. It looks fantastic and I am pleased to recommend them for anyone who needs such a service.

I ALMOST CRIED when I saw my 2009 RAV4! Not only was the body work amazing/unbelievable, the customer service from Matt and Luke was over-the-top. They really put my daughter and me at ease, took the time to listen, were extremely up-front/honest and went the extra mile! That's so hard to find these days!

Wish I could give 10 stars! We had an incident where someone in my family accidentally badly scratched a parked car with our car. Worked with the vehicle's owner and had it taken to D & S to get repaired. I went to pay and and the vehicle repaired was beautifully done! I asked for an estimate on our car, and the owner kindly suggested buffing it out on the spot!

The employees were so gracious, and it was such a pleasure working with D & S. Not only do they do top notch superb work, they proved top notch quality service too. In talking with the employees, they said everyone was so nice there and everyone talked highly of the owner. D&S Misrepresented Repair Cost of Car after accident and mislead my family and Farmers Insurance on the true cost of repairing the car. I cane out of pocket way beyond the deductible. I am very dissatisfied and do not feel that they have done everything in their power to straighten this out! A very unhappy former customer ashamed to say!

Okay so I will be completely HONEST when i say I am horrible at keeping up with maintenance on my vehicle. I asked a few friends where they went and one said Damir. I had texted Damir made an appointment at 8 AM on Friday. He didn't do any work without sending me a video of things that are a safety hazard and that is something I absolutely appreciate.

Some places will do the work and present a A receipt once you pick up your car. He sent me a video of the price he gave me was absolutely phenomenal and better deal than going to the dealership obviously. If there is one person that I would recommend for any form of maintenance it would be Damir. My car runs like brand new and the pricing matched the work done. CALL DAMIR!

They fixed my Mom's car but they didn't do a real good job! They replace spares in your car from somewhere? Not the original ones, even the insurance company authorized the expenses. They do a quick job, but not a good job! If you have no idea about car repair? Then you can say they're good but you have ideas about cars?! Then you can say that they kind the ripping you off!?

Because of the parts they replace in your car!watch out of that people! We got hit and it wasn't my moms fault, per the police report, but They treat my mom bad! They gave my mom a run around and a hard time!, big time! The owner don't have no word of honor! Too bad that someone referred my mom to them, knowing that they're good, but not! VERY Dishonest and rude!

Also they lost the original key of my moms car and replace it with something that they made up and blame my mother for it!i myself witnessed what kind of keys my mom had and how many keys the dealership gave us, coz I was there! They will fool you around with their sweet convencing words! PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SHOP! "I pray for them of what they've done! What comes around goes around!"
