I have gone to this auto body repair shop b4 & the owner was really nice & I always got the lowest estimates frm him! But he sold it a couple yrs ago & I j St met Art, the new owner, & he is very knowledgeable & friendly! I will b using this co & heavily referring every1 here!

They do a great job and handles all the insurance paperwork and gets the most favourable return.

I'm so happy with the final result of our Lexus! We had an unfortunate situation happen to us where someone hit our car while it was parked on the street. We took it to AP auto body and they were so nice, I felt super comfortable leaving my car there to be fixed. The final results were extraordinary, it literally looked we had just gotten a new car!

I had a scratch on my car and it bothered me, being the car is bright red and the scratch was noticeable to me. I drove in to AP body shop and immediately got linked with a man who proceeded to look and then, direct a worker to assist me. The scratch required a second visit, in order to get the paint color. The level of professionalism, and how comfortable the made me feel, including the break they gave me in fixing the scratch was relieving.

These guys know what they're doing and they're nice about it. I got some business cards to pass on. The service was so amazing. Love this place. It's definitely worth your time. Thank you AP body shop.

I took my 2014 Chevy volt last week to get some much needed body work from an old fender bender. The results were above and beyond my expectations. John ket mevupdated the whole way thru the process and the bill was exactly what they said it would be. Having work done on my vehicle can be a pretty stressful event for me personally. I am so relieved that now, I have a trusted and reliable place to take my baby if anything happens in the future. I reccomend AP Body to anyone who needs to have their car taken in for body work. I just got my car back looking like brand new! I got hit on the passenger side door and fender while driving in a roundabout. My wheel got hit and the impact broke some suspension parts, so I couldn't drive the car away. I learned that night that not many outside of Europe know how to use a roundabout. Thank you to Andre, Nancy, Carlos and the whole crew for doing an amazing job.

Not only did I get body work done, but Andre walked me through the whole process of dealing with the insurance companies to make sure everything got done right. They made sure to talk to the reps and adjusters to make sure I got a fair appraisal and that all the information was correct. When all the administrative work was done and it was time to get to the the actual body work, the turnaround was quick and the quality of the work was outstanding. Carlos definitely made sure it came out perfect. Can't say enough about this shop. Thank you!

As a first time car-buyer, I was pretty devastated when I got into 2 car accidents in less than a year after relocating to LA. I brought my car into AP Body Shop and met with the owner's wife and Carlos. After a short inspection, Carlos the shop manager gave me quotes for the repairs and even provided an extra service to my vehicle despite the fact that I was not yet a customer.

I brought my car in after the weekend and dropped it off after that. It took approximately 3 weeks to get my car back after the damage to the front and side was repaired and my car looks like the day I bought it. Carlos truly went above and beyond and I was notified and updated weekly. If you get into an accident and need repairs, I highly recommend AP Body Shop. Speak with Carlos, he will take care of you.

Andre and Nancy are very welcoming and take the time to answer all of your questions. They were very accommodating and even took me to Enterprise for my rental car. They kept me informed while my car was being repaired and did a great job in a timely manner! They take pride in their work and it shows. I would definitely recommend AP Auto Shop!

Thank you to Andre, Nancy, Carlos and the AP Body team for making things easy, awesome and personal! This review is long overdue, but they definitely deserve it. PSA: The intersection of Lankershim/Vineland/Camarillo is a multi-headed Medusa nightmare and people don't understand where their lane allows them to go - be careful! I got sideswiped and my driver's door was jammed shut, and Andre walked a very upset me through the process and what to expect from insurance and different insurance companies based on his considerable experience.

You can tell that he's an easygoing but smart guy who just genuinely loves cars. The rates were reasonable, Nancy personally drove me to the Enterprise down the street to grab my rental, and they gave me back my car in a few days fixed and clean (inside and out!). Also, they matched the orange paint nicely (yes, my car is orange). Glad to have them in the neighborhood. Thanks, guys!

Above and beyond service. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They really care about their customers in a genuine way. The turnaround was fast and they even helped out with the insurance claim weeks after the repairs were finished. It feels great knowing they're in the neighborhood. Excellent people, can't recommend them enough.

Andre and Carlos have been beyond helpful. I recently moved to north Hollywood and got into a fender bender. Being new it was tough to find a good place. They helped me more than enough deal with my insurance as well as making my car look perfect. I have come back for small problems even after that were my fault and they have helped with no hesitation immediately. They treat you not as a customer but as a friend would help a friend. I will continue to refer and use them as long as I am around!

Exquisite service, awesome people, excellence incarnate. Andre, the owner, was kind from the start, patiently giving me directions to his shop on the phone. I instantly liked his energy, and when I got there, he gave me a warm welcome, then immediately checked out my car. It had several dings and scratches from inconsiderate drivers banging their doors into my car on both sides, along with general wear and tear on the paint job. Andre thoroughly explained exactly what he needed to do to fix it all, and gave me a good price to do it.

He did an incredible job. His work is beautiful. (He is a literal artist!) My car looks like it is brand new. Andre is both honest and honorable. He works very hard on each car, treating it as if it were his own vehicle. He is warm, kind, sincere, and genuine. He makes you feel like family. He will give you excellent advice about how to handle insurance issues of all kinds, including how to best work with drivers who hit your car but ask you to not report it, promising they will pay for it out-of-pocket. (He said to get their name, address, and number--and if they will allow it, photos of their driver's license card--as well as photos of their car license plate, and their insurance card, for starters.

You will do the same for them, of course. Andre will do all he can to help you do whatever needs to be done in these matters so you can get the money you are owed!) He is a truly good and decent man and you can tell he loves what he does. I am so happy to have found this place. (Jack from North Hollywood Auto Repair--another excellent business--recommended Andre's shop. I'm so glad he did.) It is rare to find such good people in any business, and he is the real deal.

Like him, all of his people are friendly, personable, and helpful. The fabulous work his shop produces speaks for itself. You will feel so proud to drive your car once they are done with it.

I ended up going with AP because they were such amazing folks to meet and work with. As many say, Andre and his wife Nancy, as well as the other main guy that works there are incredibly friendly and informative. I don't know much about auto body repair so I really appreciate when people go out of their way to explain to me how it'll all work with respect to the repair, why they are recommending one approach over another, etc.

So the one repair was covered by the neighbor's insurance (Geico) and the other I paid for myself. I have a silver 2015 Terrain, so there's not much oxidation on the paint, which can be a consideration when painting repaired or new parts to match the existing paint so you don't see the repair, but they did a great job. Car looks like new.

They even decided to replace the door skin (sheet metal outside of the door) rather than repair it (which is what they quoted me for), without increasing my personal cost, just because after they got into the job they found additional damage that was not originally visible and felt that would provide me with the best result. Incredible. And as other's have said, Enterprise is just down the street a couple of blocks. They finished on time and within budget and did an excellent job. Couldn't ask for more.

I'm so glad I landed at AP Body Shop! I wish I could give them 6 stars. They went above and beyond fixing my Jetta after an accident. Great customer service, excellent work. The car came back to me even better than it was before the accident. Thrilled to have such a friendly, reliable place to take my car to from now on!

So this place feels scammy because they are so honest and nice. It took me a few days to trust these guys because I haven't had many companies honestly care about my well being the way this one does. My car has not been repaired yet because I'm still in lingo with lawyers but Andre the owner took time out of his day (several times) to help me and give me advice that was amazing.

I didnt listen to him on one occasion and realized quickly that I should have. Recently Andre was not in and I had to speak with the manager Carlos and this guy was also incredibly patient caring and helpful. I swear this place is like stepping into another dimension.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Andre was very kind and helpful when I went in to get my rear bumper fixed! Being it was my first accident Andre guided me through the process. Him and Carlos constantly kept me updated on my car and they were always a phone call away in case I had any questions or concerns. Now as far as the car, they left it 100x better than when I gave it to him!

The outside of my car looks brand new, they did an awesome job painting and dealing with the scratches and dents. They did everything possible on my car and it all looks amazing! I am BEYOND happy that I will be returning to his shop in the future for more work (detailing the inside). I can honestly say I have NO WORDS for how happy and pleased I am with Andre and his team. P.S. His work was incredible that it made me want to write my first EVER review. AMAZING AMAZING TEAM! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Andre's team is great! They work done at AP body shop is definitely well performed and with the client's best interest. They are always clear and communicative on when and what's being done to your car so you don't get any unexpected surprises. I will definitely be recommending Andre's shop to everyone that needs car repairs in the North Hollywood area after experiencing the work performed on my wife's car's minor front damage!

I just got my car back from AP Body Shop and it looks fabulous! This is the third time I have gone to Andre for body work, twice for my Toyota Corolla and once for my Honda CRV. This time, I was sideswiped on the freeway and the whole driver's side was a mess. Carlos did an amazing job with perfect paint-matching and flawless body work. Nancy was super helpful in dealing with the other driver's insurance company and kept me up to date regularly on the repairs.

I didn't have to make any phone calls or be present for the claims adjuster. AP Body Shop is just down the street from an Enterprise Car Rental and a Metro Orange Line station, which is really convenient for picking up and dropping off your car. All in all, this was a great experience and I love the way my car looks now. Highly recommended.

I was rear-ended a few weeks ago, the back end of my car looked like Swiss cheese, so I took my car to AP, after knowing they did good work when they fixed my fender last fall. This time Andre, Nancy and Carlos were so kind and helpful to me, They went above and beyond what I could ever imagine a body shop or any shop would go to help their customer out.

They were in constant contact with the insurance company, not just about my car, but about getting me a rental and my banged up body. Andre drove me over to pick up my rental and Carlos is taking my rental back. My car looks brand new.

I love Andre and his crew. I had someone hit me in the parking lot. I called them up right away. Andre gave me amazing advice on how to make sure I get everything I need paper wise that way I don't lose any money. That was just the consulting phase. The work itself was done to perfection, on time and insurance covered it all no problemo! I like the fact that they are independent and don't let insurance companies dictate the flow. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I heard about AP through a AAA referral and am so thankful I found this place. My insurance did not cover my accident so Andre went out of his way to hunt down the parts to fix my car in a timely cost efficient way. He literally saved me thousands of dollars and the repair ended up being HALF the price and took HALF the time the other mechanics quoted.

They were super easy to get in touch with and even would call to give me updates. Andre and company fixed the steering of my car and got rid of any aesthetic issues so that by the time I got my car it looked brand new! I'm so happy to have my car back and it's all thanks to AP body shop.

Amazing and stress free experience! I was involved in a really bad accident. My insurance company wanted to total my car even though I still had a year's worth of payments left on it. Andre walked me through the process of repair, answered every question and addressed every concern with patience and knowledge. He took care of the insurance company, got me a loaner car so I wouldn't have to pay for a rental (I didn't have rental car insurance).

He called me when it was done and stayed late the day I was coming to pick it up so I could get back in my car. I have recommended AP Body Shop to everyone I know and people I don't. If you want great work, great customer service and a stress free experience (or as stress free as car repair can get), this is the place to take your car!

This is the worst bodyshop I have ever been to. You can tell just by looking at mess they have. I had my car painted here and after 2 weeks paint was dull, and had a lot imperfections. I would highly recommend taking you're car to another shop.

Grade A High Class work and customer service. Andre and Ralph took great care of me! The apartment complex I live in was painting the exterior walls and some overspray paint covered my crystal clear, extra expense, optional factory paint job. Of course, I was highly irritated as I keep my car spotless, and I keep it waxed. Anyway, AP Body Shop quoted me $175 to professionally clean the paint without scratching it and putting on a fresh coat of wax.

I was to get the apartment painting company to pay the bill and return the next day to schedule an appointment. Well, the very next day after I complained to the apartment painting company and they said they would pay for the body shop to take the overspray off, someone wiped the overspray paint off of my car. Again, I was highly irritated as I couldn't believe the very same thing I was trying to avoid (trying to unprofessionally take it off that only creates scratches), some idiot did it on purpose - probably trying to help the situation but just made it even worse by putting a million scratches in the surface of the paint. So, I showed Andre the new problems and he said he'd take care of it under the original quoted price.

They did the job the very next day and the car is now back to 100% new. They shined it up, put a new coat of wax on it and even shined the tires for me. To top it off, Andre dropped the price by $35 to $140, but I paid him the originally quoted price anyway because I was impressed by their professionalism and quality of work. If I ever have any issues or want some work done in the future, I'm going to AP Body Shop. Thanks guys!

I took my 11 and a half year old PT Cruiser here to be detailed inside and out as it had a lot of paint chipping, scrapes, rust, dings & dents, & inside it was very dirty with stains, faded areas & just overall a sad little old car that I'm selling because I inherited a Honda CR-V. Andre met with me & told me to not put any money into repairing the body damage, which was great to hear & super-honest of him to do so.

I scheduled my detailing for a couple of days later, and Andre drove me home (I live 3 miles away) & Nancy picked me up the next day when it was ready. They are fantastic people and did an AMAZING job on my car. The car looks incredible, they smoothed out the dents on the bumper & put matching paint over the scrapes & dings & rusting. And the interior looks almost new again, all for $240. I will definitely be back to have the CR-V detailed, you guys are wonderful!

Worst experience of my life. So far 5 months without a car because Andre doesn't know SH** about mechanics. All he does is look at the outside and say "oh good paint work". Everytime we get the car back from him over the past 5 months it hasn't been fixed right and he never has a clue of what's wrong with it. He also refuses to help us with a rental.

My husband and I have lost wages because of this and at this point I'm talking to a lawyer. It is absolutely unreasonable that it would take a body shop 5 months to get a car fixed correctly and no decency to even offer a rental for 2 days.
