Called ahead to make sure they had the product in stock. The salesperson knew exactly what I was looking for. Told me the product was in their inventory and provided driving directions and their closing time. I went straight over, was greeted as I walked in, she quickly retrieved the product and provided some pointers on its use. I was in and out in five minutes. Great service and friendly people. I will return.
