My experience with Erie Lasalle was really great. I scheduled my appointment online which was super convenient and when I arrived, Nancy was at the desk and was very sweet and professional. The person I worked with on my repair was Elmer and he was also super nice and explained what needed to be done to the car, status of parts, and when the repairs would realistically start.
Once the time came for me to take the car back, Nancy called the day before to confirm. On the day that I arrived to drop off the car, they contacted Enterprise for me to let them know I was there so all I had to do was drop off and jump in my rental to be on my way. The only little hiccup I had was that my car wasn't ready on the day quoted to me and a got a little worried because it would possibly not have been ready until the following week.
But two days after the original date that I was to have it, I got a call to let me know I could pick it up. The work was great - can't tell there was ever any issue with the car which is how it should be! Great job!

Brought my Jeep in on Monday morning for an estimate, and despite being crazy booked, they got me in for this morning (2 days later). Relatively straightforward request to install running boards, but man was I impressed by how quickly and efficiently they got my estimate and installed them. Very reasonable pricing for labor and I can tell the boards are nice and snug, which I wasn't able to do myself. The team at Erie LaSalle was friendly and provided fantastic service, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for vehicle work. 10/10 service and pricing.

This was such a smooth transaction. With out worry. I felt confident leaving my vehicle and the staff made me feel at ease when I made specific request. They stood by their word and my vehicle was delivered to me in the time frame they said, clean and perfect. I'm very happy with the service and will for sure go back if needed in the future.
