Excellent repair of my car that was side swiped in Norman, Oklahoma. It looked like a brand new car after they had it for 3 weeks. I could not ask for a better repair job. Ralph King Body Shop was recommended to me by Cottrill's towing. This place has been absolutely amazing! From my very first experience with them I felt like I was in good hands. They were all polite and knowledgeable! Any time I called for an update they explained every thing to me and was always very prompt in returning phone calls. I picked my Jeep up today after damaging the entire front end by hitting a deer and it looks brand new INSIDE and out! They went the extra mile and detailed inside and I drove away thinking I just got a brand new car! Thank you so much for your top notch service! Highly recommend this place!

So glad I kept looking after getting my first quote. Hopefully I will not need many body shop services in my life, but when I do, I will be coming back to Ralph King Body & Frame in Joplin, MO. We hit a deer while traveling and I was distressed to find a place that would provide great service in an area I was unfamiliar with. Ralph King was the name that several locals referred me to and boy am I glad that they did! They did a great job communicating with me, my insurance company, and they worked with me to provide exceptional customer service.
When they completed my car I was excited to see that it had been detailed and waxed, looked good as new - which is great considering my vehicle WAS nearly new when it locked with the deer! I highly recommend!
