Cline Collision Center

We had a fantastic experience with Cline Collision. Our neighbor 'tapped' my 4-runner with his bumper so we called a mobile repair guy out. The mobile guy said because of where the hit was, if it was his own vehicle he would take it into a shop because is could be structural damage not just cosmetic damage. (Shout out to honest business owners :) We got a few estimates and did some research and went with Cline.

The service and communication was clear & consistent and the repair was perfect. After getting my car back I notified a few days later both my headlights were out and suspecting an electrical issue (after trouble shooting and checking fuses) I called my mechanic. He heard we had truck at a repair shop and said to start there. I called Cline and the owner said come right now!

They did the a little more in depth trouble shooting and were kinda stumped too. Randomly one bulb was loose and one was burned out. Nothing to do with their work but the owner was insisting they change out the bulbs for me anyways. Embarrassed, I graciously declined and headed off to get my own bulbs.but appreciate the 'above and beyond' customer service. Hope I don't need collision care again.but would head straight back to Cline if I do.

Manager Joe Paz was great at explaining everything involved in the process. The shop did a great job of blending the replaced fender with the rest of the car. They even threw in some extra touch-up work for free. Cline has a deal with Enterprise where Enterprise will meet you at the shop before and after the repair, to deliver and pick up the rental car. And they were there when we were--no waiting.

I can't say enough good things about this business. I was dealing with another auto body shop that was suggested by the insurance company. There was no communication on their end, I had to be the one to call and check on the parts status. (4 months!) When I told Joe about my situation, he assured me that Cline could get the job done. I switched to Cline Collision and they had my car fixed in 9 days! They communicated every step of the way and my car looks great. Thank you Cline Collision!

Over the last 4 years i have had vehicles here 5 times from minor cosmetic issues to full on collision repairs. Always friendly, always honest and always good communication. I will come back (although hopefully i won't need to anytime soon!) Services: Body & Trim, Painting, Headlight polishing

I picked up my car today and the timing was exactly as planned with text following the progress. Not only was my car perfectly repaired but they cleaned up my car as well. I totally recommend this business for any collision repairs needed. This is also a local business. This is my 2nd time using Cline as some years ago my car was in an accident, and it was restored to pre-accident condition. I recommend this shop and have referred others that have experienced the same quality customer service.

They did a great job. Joe was very helpful and and had a lot of great information for me. He made it very easy for me. They also helped out with getting a ride to my rental vehicle and my car came back looking cleaner even in areas that they didn't work on. Dede did a great job detailing it before I picked it up. Would definitely recommend and go back

I made an appointment for an estimate on Monday, 11/15/21, I show up and Joe helps me & everything was smooth until another customer shows up and he just took off inside, took care of her and she somehow left before I did. anyways when all was said and done he had forgotten to take photos of my sideskirts for my estimate, which I reminded him of, still don't even know if he took them or not. I'm only writing this review on Friday, 11/19/21 because Joe made it clear if he couldn't get my estimate to me via email on Monday he would definitely have it to me by Tuesday.

No text or call to let me know things have been hectic, just seems like they're not interested in getting the work done, maybe they have a certain standard for you to be their client. if it takes them 5 days+ to get me an estimate I couldn't imagine waiting for my car back. don't waste your time

Call me weird but taking Rose (my truck) to an auto body shop felt like dropping one of my kids off for surgery . Joe made sure to explain everything in detail which helped me relax. He made sure to get me to the rental car company and even handled the drop off. I got text updates through the whole process which was nice. But of course like a nervous mama i called in between texts as well. Joe never seemed to mind and was very reassuring that all was well. I was very pleased when I picked up Rose she looked good as new!

I don't say this often but, what a great experience working with Cline. Joe was outstanding as were Clines repairs and service from start to finish. When I picked up my 6 year old Acura which was in need of body work, the vehicle looked better than it did when I first drove it off the lot! In other words, my Acura looks BRAND NEW! I've had the pleasure of doing business with Cline, especially Joe. They gave me a great discount on fixing the damages that were imposed on my driver side door. My car looks good as new, in fact better than new. They worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to deal with that headache and kept me up to speed throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to any family member, friend or even stranger who is in need of auto body repair.

10 stars! my brand new Mercedes got rock chips while driving on stony point road, brought it to Cline and as always impeccable service, Joe and his crew are the absolute best! I'm embarrassed to admit i have been there quite a few times, but i know i am always in good hands! thanks guys!

I didn't plan on becoming a repeat customer of a collision center, but life happened. Cline really stands out both for the quality of their work (both times, the car came out looking far better than it did before the accident) and their customer care. Joe is an amazing human being. He over-communicates, worked through challenges with part suppliers, and bent over backwards to ensure I had the best experience possible. They are a model for the type of company I want to do business with.

Based on circumstantial reasons I did hve to wait extra time for parts to be delivered, but me &Clines were waiting & I had a rental to get me everywhere, so who cares? I happened upon this business by accident, dialing a wrong number. After a while we figured it out but they were confident in their skills, told me they were Kia certified, asked for my business and recommended I look at their Yelp reviews.

I did, cancelled my appoint w/other shop and made an appointment with Clines. They took care of 3 claims on my car, gave deductible rebates, matched my paint perfectly and detailed it after they were done. They asked me to call them back for anything to do with my car, related to their work or not & promised to always try to help. What else is there to say?

Took my 2008 Dodge Ram in for repaint of the roof and hood. I decided to go ahead and do a complete repaint with body work. Joe explained the process and kept me updated along the way. The truck now looks like new. Jason, Joe and the crew did an excellent job. I recommend Cline Collision to all my friends. This is the fourth vehicle I have had worked on at Cline.

Cline recently repaired my husbands truck and my van. Was very pleased with Joe's customer service. He always answered my calls with questions I had. Joe worked with my car insurance directly. I received my vehicles on time as promised. I highly recommend using Cline for your car repair.

When I smashed my Audi the original shop I took it to offered no loaner, no rental, no help with deductible. called Cline and he offered to take price of a rental out of my deductible! Vehicle ended up totaled and he ended up not getting paid to work on it. but still ended up honoring his word to cover the rental. That's proper customer care and just the right thing to do.

Will definitely be back here if/when needed. Thanks Update: another fantastic experience with Joe and crew. Great communication and an amazing job on my Nissan. Buffed out an unrelated scratch for free and worked with me to make my dealings with insurance as painless as possible. If only the insurance companies could provide such quality service. When I was in there another guy who had his car towed all the way from Ukiah was just leaving. He knows where the nest shop in the North Bay is and now so do you. In my 16 years of driving I've gotten in more accidents than I care to share so I've gone through a bunch of auto body shops. Cline Collision Center was recommended to me by a buddy best thing he could've done for me not only are they ford certified so you won't get this kind level of work anywhere else unless they're certified and even then when I got my truck back it looked brand new these guys detailed the heck out of it fixed my fender and installed a new door I can't stop looking at my truck now lol it's so damn nice!

Thank you guys over at cline Collision Center you guys are the ones! I won't refer anyone to any other body shop ask for Joe he's super chill and will help you from the beginning of your claim till the end.

I can't say enough good things about Joe and his team. From the moment I left off my vehicle I felt like I was leaving it with a family member. Cline Collision was my best experience with auto body repair. They are well trained and certified in a number of vehicle brands. The owner< Joe is knowledgeable and freely helped us through the process. The technicians in the shop are highly professional. The office staff is helpful and friendly. The Cline office staff is especially knowing of all insurance carriers and goes beyond the mark to get more than the job done. The passenger side and all of my Honda 2007 Ridgeline is as good or better than brand new. Thank you Joe and Cline Collision Center.

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt that this business should be recognized for their top notch service. Joe is a very professional individual. He cares about his clients and treats with respect. He is true to his word. When he says he will do something you can guarantee it will be done AND in a timely fashion. He follows up and the 2 most important things to me were transparency and communication.

He even took time to have the rental company come pick me up and handled the return as well. Time saver on my part. The repair itself was done with the highest quality so thank you to the employees that did the physical work. The best part about getting my vehicle returned in a timely manner was that they had it washed and detailed. That alone was the cherry on the cake. It just demonstrates that they care about all details. If I need a repair center hands down I will be coming back. Highly recommend
