I had requested a check for oil leaks and hose wear and tare. I mentioned that it was something that needed repair on my other car. They quickly looked up the work done on the previous car and made the same analysis on my second car. The service was quick and I also got the usual analysis of the cars maintenance issues. This lets me know what needs to be done to make the car run efficiently. Great job.

I have used Lael's International Auto Services in the past for repairs and have always been happy. On this visit I wanted to have a used car inspected before I purchased it. I am so happy they offer this service. The car looked and drove great but the inspection found an oil leak as well as other costly issues with the car. I am so grateful for the spared headaches and expenses. Thank you guys for the great job!

Lael's has been consistently good to us over the years. They are always professional, and I appreciate that they are honest and clear about everything. Lael will take the time to talk about the diagnosis for your car, and not rush the process. My car has a rotary engine, and I've been through many mechanics who don't bother looking at it. But Lael's staff is knowledgeable and has always taken care of my car. It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and I am thankful to know this shop!

I recently had my suv serviced at Lael's International Auto service. From the moment I walked into the door the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Lael's International Auto Service goes out of their way to support our military and law enforcement personnel. Lael's employs only highly skilled and experienced mechanics. Whatever the issue may be his team is sure to find the solution all while being affordable and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be back myself.

Brought car in for a check engine light quote was for 600+ to fix but they told me to check with dealership they think it might be under warranty and it was, most shops would have done the work and say nothing. Very nice peeps will always bring my cars there.

Labels always provides top tier, professional mechanic service. I have been going here for years and have never had an auto problem they could not. Most recently they diagnosed what was wrong and enabled my Jaguar to pass the smog test. This was after the top local independent British Motorcars mechanics, and even the Jaguar dealer, could not figure it out. They are honest in their estimates and trustworthy with their repairs.

I don't know where to begin. The level of care and service Lael and his team provided are unmatched by any shop in the entire country. My 2010 Dodge ram had a chain of issues that caused massive problems. They stayed late, called to get parts expedited, and had my truck back on the road as soon as possible. I have been working on cars my entire life and rarely go to a shop, when I do its always a disappointment.

When you go to Lael's I guarantee this will NOT be the case. I felt as if I were family from the time I walked into his shop. He takes care of veterans needing work done such as myself AND he has veteran mechanics that work at his shop. I could go on and on about my experience here. I will end with saying if you need any work done and you do not use Lael and his team you wont be getting the service and expertise you should when having your car worked on. Absolutely unmatched in his industry, a true professional with an overwhelming amount of knowledge.

I've been taking my cars to Lael's since I moved to Oceanside in 2006. I have been treated with kindness and respect. Their work stands up to the test and costs the same as the other shops.

Had a drive shaft replaced that was vibrating on my late model mustang. I experienced the usual perfect, professional service. That's why I go back for my other other cars too. Lael and his staff are golden.

Lael sold my son a car that had a registration that expired 4 years ago, stolen tags, no running taillights, no windshield wipers and no dash lights. Said he would take care of the lights and wipers and never did. Took advantage of a young man. Don't go to this crook!

Critical: Value $1200 for changing spark plugs? Feel I've been taken Seniors are very vulnerable. Shame. Guess I can always sleep in my car as he took my rent money. "Beware of Prosperity Karma as it Returns!"

From the first time I met Lael, it felt like my big brother was trying to take care of me. You can actually tell that he genuinely cares about his customers. He has every tool known to man and has a top notch staff. I live in Mission Valley and will travel to Oceanside any day of the week to have Lael and his team service my cars.

Review My 1993 Chevrolet Blazer's radiator ruptured while driving on the highway rendering my vehicle inoperable. I was towed to the nearest auto repair shop to diagnose the issues and ended up getting a new radiator replaced. When I received the keys back, the blazer still did not start so I ended up towing it to Lael's International Auto Service.

Not only did Lael and his team inform me that the radiator replacement job was not sufficient, but his team informed me that an engine rebuild was necessary due to the damage caused by the radiator. I gladly trusted their word and expertise and they kept me in the loop throughout the whole rebuild and corrections to the previous faulty maintenance. Lael's International Auto Service is a professional, genuine, reliable, trustworthy and efficient business and I will enthusiastically recommend Lael's to everyone including my close friends and family for their services. I'm so thankful that I brought my 2003 Lexus with 87,000 miles here. It had an oil leak. I was going to trade the car in. Thanks to Preston and his crew they convinced me to keep the car. They told me that with only 87,000 miles it had a long long way to go and would be expensive to get a new car. They were 100 % correct. They fixed the leak as promised, tuned the car up spark plugs and all.

They also made sure that the cooling system was 100%, for after 17 years of dealership work this was never worked on. The car a 6 cylinder never got more than 17 miles a gallon tops. On a recent 650 mile trip thru the hot 100 degree desert it ran like a charm and averaged over 28 miles a gallon. The people are very professional, and when they tell you a price they stick to it.

They also did a 40 point check on our car and gave me a list of other items to work on. Examples were life left on our battery, filters we need and so forth. I Trust them 100%. Do they have a fancy room to sit in and drink coffee to wait on your car? No but you'll know the work is done well and at a very fair price. Great honest people.

Trustworthy, Precision Service. Lael's International is an impeccable garage. I don't blind trust my FX Wrangler w/ anyone. Now I'll only trust it w/ Lael & his crew. This garage is run from a passion for autos Preston detailed the ins & outs of my '09 Jeep & what to expect. w/ patience for ALL of my questions Will thoroughly assessed. & addressed the present repairs, plus the "can wait" repairs, then even went an extra step to fix (at no charge) a simple rag top issue that other places had no clue. Stop by, introduce your vehicle. it's one of the best decisions I've made.

Laels auto service is genuinely the best service I've aver had in my life with a mechanic. every single person there was more than happy to help, me the shop itself was very nice, clean, and modern.lael himself was very hands on and involved in not just my vehicle but everyone else I saw go in the shop's too and you can tell that everyone there. truly cares about you and your vehicle.

They are very pro military and pro american and and believe that your car is and extension of your freedom and should be protected and taken care of properly, and the prices are amazing I myself know a lot about cars and have worked on them a lot to save money because mechanics like to charge an arm and a leg for labor but at laels I almost felt like I was robbing them the price so reasonable they buy quality parts and charge almost nothing in labor you can't get a better deal anywhere in the world I guarantee it and if you take your car anywhere else I can guarantee it won't come back to you as good as laels would give it back to you.

I've used this shop for years because they don't play any games with you at all they have fair prices and they do good work! I wish I would have found them years before I did. They don't play mechanics games to drive you are bill up their bread-and-butter is happy repeat customers so they treat you fairly!

This is the place you go where you are sure to receive quality services and not be ripped off. All staff is very friendly, and always goes out of their way to ensure your vehicle is safe on the road. Have been coming here since 2010 and even after moving to Murrieta, I still make the drive for my cars to be serviced.
