Surf City Smog Test Only

Made an appointment for the same day and they were so fast! Great experience.

Not sure if it's still open or not. Pull up door is shut. Phone line doesn't go to a voice-mail. Might be temp or permanently closed

Pretty easy in and out Parked in front of shop door no car inside, nice guy came out didn't have my Smog papers but he was able to assist anyways ( not sure how works lol) Was done pretty quickly Nice clean place What more to say, They do have a awesome aquarium in the waiting room

Chung is always professional and quick. I came today last minute because I forgot my registration is due today and Chung said he could do it even though he's probably already closed. He is open even though maps listed him as temporarily closed. I submitted a suggested edit to try to correct that for him.

Simple, easy, no fuss smog check. I've used them several times in the past few years, and they've always been quick and easy. In a few cases where a car of mine needed more attention, they were clear on what was necessary to get back on the road. Service: Smog certification

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this place. My mothers car needed a smog certificate. I live over 200 miles away, I called and talked to the person doing the smog check and told him I would be bringing my mothers car to get smog check. He said I did not need an appointment. When I arrive, the gentleman told me the smog guy left and I told him I called and told the smog guy I was coming yesterday and he said I don't know why he left. Drove down the street to 76 station and got the smog test done in 10 minutes. I will NEVER return to this place again due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I called for an appointment! Got there on my appointment time I was greeted by a very friend person. My vehicle smog check done in a timely fashion. The man was very nice and will be doing a smog check on our p/u tomorrow. Definitely a 5 star service award. Highly recommend this shop highly.
