I was driving my Tesla Model 3 home from Banff earlier this winter, when I ran into some scary black ice and managed to crack the bumper on a snow mound. I guess most people wont have to repair their car in their life, but it can be a stressful event. Deanna was like a superhero in that moment. She was thorough, helpful, talked me through my options, answered all my questions and made me feel extremely confident with choosing the shop for my repair.
When I picked up my car, to my surprise it was actually nicer than it came from the factory, Tesla owners I cannot recommend this shop enough! Lifetime warranty on all their work as well which is always great. Thank you No 1 Collision team!

I honestly wouldn't take my Tesla anywhere else! Exceptional work and my car was returned to me at a higher OCD standard then Tesla sells them. Number one collision has always done a great job on my past 3 car repairs. I like that they have a hertz car rental office in the lobby for loaner cars as well as complementary bottled water, coffee, newspapers while one is waiting. Last month I brought my Model S in to fix bumper scratches. My rep Mustafa always greeted me with a positive smile, he handled all my questions, and provided great follow up.
When my car was ready, the paint looked amazing and Mustafa made sure the Tesla was detailed up & immaculate like showroom. Hats off and many thanks once again to Mustafa. Collision 1 is top notch quality, Harvey C Tesla Model S

First time having vehicle repaired at No 1 Collision. Was super impressed at friendliness, efficiency, cleanliness and professionalism of this company. Don't ever see me going anywhere else again if this was any indication. Repaired our Tesla and picked it up with nice cleaning job in and out. Great service!

No. 1 Collision is the best in the biz for high end luxury cars. You can count on Ruthie, Mark and Deanna to go above and beyond for you. Their customer service is first class and they treat everyone like family. When complete, my car looked better than delivery day, was in and out quicker than expected, and was detailed to perfection! No need to look any further! Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this place to absolutely anyone! I went here as they are the number 1 Tesla recommended and accredited body shop and I did not want to take any risk with my brand new car. They ruined my 3 week old 2021 black Tesla Model 3. I took it in after someone downtown scratched my car. They used an intense car polishing machine which put underlying scratches ALL OVER my black paint.
When I pointed this out upon pick up, they were indirectly saying there's no proof this damage wasn't from before; my car was only 3 weeks old and I had never even washed it at this point! They offered to take care of it anyways, upon discovering they couldn't get rid of the scratches, they told me my car has tons of previous auto body work done and it's likely from there.
If this was true, I'm sure they would've noticed these scratches all over when I originally brought my car in. Overall, they ruined my excitement for my brand new car and ruined the $60,000 car itself too. Now I have to pay $1000+ for a paint correction else where. NEVER TAKE YOUR TESLAS HERE!

10/5 stars. They're not called No 1 collision for no reason, in my books they're def #1. I've been here twice now (both were ICBC claims with 100% other person's fault, before you think I'm a terrible driver =p) and both times Deanna, Ruthie and the team have taken amazing care of both me and the car. They're fast, efficient and professional with constant updates. No 1 really sets the bar that all other body shops need to learn from. Highly recommended!

The fix looked flawless, the job was great. However, it was delayed by almost two weeks due to a few small issues that came up. Overall great experience, given it is Covid and all it is understandable. Only note other is advertised as a "luxury automotive go to" repair shop, I expected better courtesy cars.

One of better car workshops around. The design inside is very nice - clean, modern and welcoming. The prices seem to be a little high compared to other shops but they do a really good job. My only complaint is that their communication skills seem to be lacking. It would be nice to get some updates on the progress of the work done, etc

There's only 1 reason to be in this establishment as a customer, and that is if one's vehicle was involved in a collision. Not sure if this location works on other makes, but they do a lot of business with the Mercedes-Benz Collision Centre next door. The staff were very friendly and courteous, and took the time to go around with me for the walkaround.
Both picking up and dropping the off the vehicle were quick and painless. The vehicle I rented wasn't in pristine condition, but it was a rental after all. Definitely wouldn't mind renting from them again.
