They're very nice and accommodating there. They try their best to get you an appointment as soon as they're able, and they have a very nice little lounge for people to sit in while they wait. As long as you have an appointment, the services are usually completed within the same day. Would recommend for college students or anyone else new to the area who is looking for a trustworthy car repair place.

I highly recommend Choice Auto Repair. My son was looking for a place he could trust with his '88 Nissan 300ZX and these guys are great! Alton is phenomenal! He did not want to release the car until it was completed to his satisfaction. Some car repair shops will tell you what they think is wrong and fix just that for a lot of money. Alton went above and beyond.

For example, his full diagnostic of what the vehicle needed was very, very thorough, everything explained and in order in which repairs should be made. He also made recommendations outside of his diagnostics. Pricing was very appropriate as well. My son has had his car back for a week now and he said he's noticed an overall difference in the car's performance. He's SUPER happy and will be returning to Choice for additional maintenance repairs. If you want your car in good hands, I would recommend Choice Auto Repair.

Great experience and customer service! The staff were friendly and helpful, and I loved the ease of their web portal and customer communications. They made it easy to communicate while during a busy working day through text updates and mobile service approval. There was even a whole office for me to wait and work if I needed. Service was quick and easy, and my car is running great now.

*Update* Google needs a sixth star for this shop. Big Al is an amazing human being and has been doing an awesome job installing a supercharger on my Miata. I will never go anywhere else except for something very specialty that Choice doesn't do. They have my complete trust. *Update* This place is outstanding. Its hard to find good, trustworthy, reliable mechanics and I finally did.

This is the kind of place I will feel comfortable dropping my car, putting the key in the night box, and knowing they'll treat me promptly and fairly. Choice installed a performance clutch and flywheel on my 370z. They gave me a quote that they stuck to, got me in quickly, kept me informed about the progress, explained everything well, and did a perfect job. They have my business permanently. You should give them yours too.

Alton was immediately able to help me repair my car as a new customer. My former auto repair shop estimated a two week wait, after having my car sit there for 5 days. The communication at choice auto was prompt, thorough, and concise. They also loaned me a car during repairs. Over half a year after the repair, I needed the invoice, and it was promptly emailed to me. That's good customer service. Alton and his staff are great.

I have had my Nissan worked on here twice, and was satisfied both times. I feel like I was given a fair price and my car was returned to me on the same day. The one thing that really made my experience great was how polite and patient both Kit and Court at the front desk were. I had a number of questions during both visits and they were happy to answer them all to the best of their ability. I would be happy to come back if anything else pops up.

I brought a car to Choice Auto for a pre purchased inspection since I suspected the car I was looking at was hiding big problems. First off, they are great on the phone. They are really good at answering the phone which is a problem I usually run into with other shops. When I got the results, they sent me a link with photos and descriptions under the photos so I could see what they were talking about. Choice is definitely a great shop to go to and is worth going to even if your far from it. It's definitely my #1 choice in service shops.

Choice really is the best if you're looking for genuine, honest work to be done to your vehicle in a timely manner. There are no games or hidden fees, everything is laid before you, and they won't start work on your vehicle unless you approve the request and work to have it back to you within the same day. This works extremely well for someone like me who often has to pick and choose when the best time to get my tune ups/repairs handled.

I've tried a few other places in the area and none really compare. I'm glad to have been a loyal customer with choice for close to 3years now. There's truly no one else I would rather have work on my vehicle at this point.
