I was referred to Atlanta Dent by the dealer I bought my car from, there were a couple of gouges on the tailgate and some scratches on the rear bumper. Atlanta Dent took care of these and also went around the car and touched up any stone chips. The team did a great job, they were able to fit me in at a time that suited me, and my car was ready when they said it would be. I am very happy with the work that they did.

Every phone call I had with these folks to set up my appointment was easy and professional. They finished my car a day early - it was a paint project because I had some serious peeling going on. It genuinely looks brand new, I'm thrilled! Thank you all so much! I hope not to need your services in the future, but I will certainly recommend you to everyone I know who does!

I had gas tank area and bumper damage and these people did an excellent job. I was so excited when I got my vehicle back. It looked flawless like nothing ever even happened to it. They took out a huge door ding out of my wife's a few months ago. It is perfectly repaired. I took my car in today with multiple dings and two alloy wheels with curb rash and need of repainting. The work is perfect and completed a few hours I highly recommend!

I have waited to post this review to see if I was going to have any other issues. They give a great sales pitch that pulls you in and makes you feel comfortable. Once they get your car keys that is where the trouble starts. They promised they could get my car done (multiple minor scratches, dents, tow hitch cover, broken fog light cover, replace lower grill) in 5 business days so I scheduled two weeks in advance to drop my car off on a Friday before I left town.

Instead of 5 business days they kept my car 9 business days. Two days later I was back with multiple issues. They kept my car another day. Picked it up and the following day I was back again. I received a partial refund because of a bad repair but I had to ask and they offered nothing for the waste of time. Instead they offered a lot of excuses. I do not recommend this place.

Awesome, just awesome. Big wind 3 days ago and some idiot lets go of their car door in the parking lot and my 2 month old car has a dent. Beth at front desk was friendly and very helpful, set up immediate estimate with Shelly and called Chanel(?spelling), who said he could do it immediately. Whole thing took less than an hour, and I can not find where the dent was. Shelly was friendly and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable too! Definitely make the drive from PTC for this level of excellence if need to again (knock on wood). Awesome!

I went here yesterday to get a estimate I person named Shellee gave me a estimate for $200.00 dollars for two small dings I asked if they raised there prices she said she had been there 8 years and it was always $150.00 for the first dent and extra for the second I explained I was there less then a year ago and it was less then a $100.00 to fix a ding In fact I went home and checked the invoice earlier this year was $75.00 for the single dent on my Dodge Truck and found several other invoices that where done for less going back 5 years.

It to bad they do good work but pricing is not coincident I found a great place Dent and Ding Of Roswell Alpharetta great prices nice guy fast work looks perfect both dings $100.00 go see him he will treat you right.

Atlanta Dent Company is awesome! The entire staff is extremely focused on delivering the best experience to their customers. Before getting my bumper replaced, I had to call up there a few times. Every time, the phone was answered within one ring by a very pleasant and helpful voice. Then, Mike was the guy who consulted and took care of me. He's knowledgable, helpful, and made me feel comfortable with the entire process.

Since they had to order the part, I got an estimate of 3 days to complete the work, which was fine for me. But to my surprise, they had it ready for pick-up in 2 days. Atlanta Dent exceeded my expectations at each step of the process, and I will always bring my business there, as well as recommend to many others.

I was told they couldn't repair the dent on my hood by Ryan after seeing my dent photos. Their dent guy claims access to the dent would be impossible. I called Pro PDR of Georgia and they came out to fix the dent right away! No hassles and no excuses. Call Pro PDR of Georgia for all dent repairs!

I purchased a used Toyota from nalley and they sent me to Allen at Atlanta Dent to dye stained interior carpets. Over the holidays, Allen was very responsive and made it easy for me to schedule. Allen was awesome and finished the job ahead of his estimation. Beyond that he's just a cool guy. I had a terrible experience with Nalley and the only thing that made it better was Allen. Thanks!

I just got my work van back from ATL Dent today. WOW! The accident damage is gone and no signs of bodywork. Its like new! Excellent quality of work and super fast turn-around! If there was a sixth star, I would have checked it. Thanks guys!

I would have given Atlanta Dent 5 stars because my front bumper looks awesome and they also did a superb job of buffing out the scratches. However, I just dropped another $125 dollars because they did not reconnect the fog lights and the front camera on my LX570. While my guy was under the vehicle checking out their negligence, he noticed that they even failed to replace about 8 fender liner bolts! Hence, don't be in awe by your shiny new repair and not verify that all your features still actually work.

Now that I am writing, I wasn't going to mention the other incident that I encountered because I was truly in awe with the shiny repair and buff. Nevertheless, I dropped my vehicle off on Monday and was told that it would be ready in 3 days. I had 3 repairs that were supposed to be done - front bumper, spot buff, and seat repair. Since I had not heard anything by Friday, I called Friday morning and Atlanta Dent Company indicated that it would be ready by end of day Friday.

I was cool with that and then I get a call back a few hours later, and they tell me they would not be able to do the seat repair. Couldn't they have told me that days earlier rather than hours before picking up my car. They then referred me to North Fulton Upholstery (who deserves 5 stars!) which I had to pay double the price for a job Atlanta Dent Company had committed they could repair. Nerveless, don't be fool by the nice shiny repair.make sure everything else works or otherwise it will cost you elsewhere!

The staff at Atlanta Dent Company can not be beat! I found them to be very pleasant and helpful from my initial phone call to the time I walked out of the door. The quality of work is top notch and was done in hardly no time. I won't go anywhere else.

Atlanta Dent Company did a fantastic job repairing my car. The estimate was fair and the service was excellent. Marquis was polite and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use Atlanta Dent Company again (but hopefully I won't need them!).

I was referred to Chanel from my european body shop as I had just left another PDR company that failed to fix my dent on my BMW. Within 30 minutes Chanel fixed the dent perfectly and corrected two other dings at the door hip that the other company said were impossible to fix. Chanel is very friendly and is a master skilled PDR specialist that can fix issues in difficult locations that most other companies can't solve. Pass by other PDR companies and call Chanel at Atlanta Dent Company!

Thanks to a run in with NJ Turnpike debris, our car had a dent on the hood and one of the fenders. We also had a pretty nice dent on one of the car doors right at the edge (not easy to fix). Atlanta Dent Company fixed all 3 spots in under 3 hours and the car looked like it had never been damaged. All this for very little $$ too. Everyone was very nice, very quick and very professional!

Fast and quality service, but also great communication through the entire process which set them apart from every other body shop I contacted. Will use again no question.

Atlanta Dent Company does excellent work. They just made my Lexus LS 430 look brand new again. Can't say enough about the quality work they do. Totally happy with the results. Highly recommended. I was lucky enough to be on a business trip to Atlanta and dropped my car off with them before going to Miami. When I returned picking up my car from them I was absolutely over joyed how great it looked!

These guys are beyond awesome. My roof was so badly rusted, I was worried it might turn into a hole. The guys at ADC were able to work within my budget and fix it up! They were also able to fix both of my visors which had corroded and detached. Highly highly recommend this group for anything car-related. Their range of expertise and quality of work is unmatched. Atlanta Dent did a great job repairing my car and they did the needed repairs for $1000+ less than two other estimates. Body shops want to replace everything rather than repair what is there. They were recommended to me by a friend. Their work is excellent and I was not disappointed. The car looks good as new. They even buffed out a scratch on the passengers side door (repair was on the drivers side and front bumper). The inside of the car was also cleaned.

I brought my car in to Atlanta Dent Company for some dent repair work after a small accident. The staff was very helpful and assured me that the car would be completed within a short time. I had a rip in my leather drivers seat and they inquired if I would like to have an Interior Magic tech to complete this repair while my car was in the shop. I agreed as it was a good price and it was all done within the promised time period. I would highly recommend!
