I dealt directly with Fernando and Courtney. Both were very professional and personable. They delivered on every promise. They knew I wanted my car in time to start a big trip, and despite a hiccup with the insurance co, they got the job done beautifully and in the time frame they promised. Hat's off to Speed's Auto Body.

This is a top tier auto body shop with hardworking ethical owners. I've sent my car to repaired woth Arturo and he always does an amazing job. Now that he owns his own shop, he brings the same level of service to every aspect of his business. I couldn't recommend him more!

I highly recommend Speed's Auto Body! They gave an accurate estimate, kept me updated through the whole process as my car was getting fixed, they got my car done early, and were super nice! They always answered their phones or called back promptly.

My truck was hit on the rear quarter panel and bumper. Speed's was very customer centric, efficient, and flexible. They went out of their way to make sure they worked with our schedule and timeline. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at an Autobody shop. Fernando was kind, considerate, helpful, and very genuine. I didn't feel taken advantage of at all and truly felt like they were they were trying to help me out in anyway that they could. They were easy to call and communicate with and followed through on everything exactly as planned. Everything was quick and efficient and they explained everything really well. I got rear ended 12/2/21 a day before vacation, I got recommended to speeds auto body and I'm beyond glad I went. Fernando was externally responsive and talked me through the whole process including insurance, repairs, costs and helped me understand how to get a rental through insurance. They made my first accident feel a lot less stressful, I believe it took 2-3 days to repair my bumper and even detailed my car inside and out! Great work, I will return for any body work needs.

Would never have guessed that I would write a 5 star review for an auto body shop, but Fernando at Speed's Auto Body was outstanding. After visiting 8 other body shops, we decided to have our luxury SUV repaired here because Fernando was so honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and creative. The cost was quite reasonable and lower than estimates from other shops in Portland.

Fernando was incredibly helpful the entire MONTH my car was in the shop (and awaiting parts from Sweden). I received many emails with updates, a lengthy phone call with above and beyond information to support with my claim, and at pick up, received a thorough walk through of everything worked on and fixed. I got some bodywork done by Speed's a couple months ago. I was happy with the service and workmanship. I came back through recently to get a small issue with the door addressed and it seems that they are under new management. I cannot say enough about how I was received, and my issue addressed immediately and without any questions or charges. They are great, focused on quality and customer service, and are already earning loyal customers. If they can keep this up, are going to be incredibly successful.

I had the best experience at Speeds! Jamie and everyone there are so kind, professional, and they treat you with respect and courtesy. It's refreshing to see a business operate with integrity and with the customer in mind rather than putting the will of the big insurance companies and the almighty dollar above everything else. I had my car less than a month when someone had hit it!

I took it to Speeds and they had it like new when it came back to me! Wouldn't you know, just a short time later, someone hit the other side - same exact spot! (I work with some people that drive/park very poorly.) I took my car right back to Speeds! After they got past the initial shock of my dumb f%#*ing luck, they got back at it and my car is beautiful once again.

I dealt with Speed's due to an auto accident. They took care of all the correspondence with the insurance and got my car back to me quickly. They answered all my questions about the repairs and took care of a follow-up visit on the spot. I highly recommend them for great service and peace of mind. The best thing about Speeds Auto Body is the personalized service. Unlike other places, Speeds has always taken the extra time and extra steps to help me, whatever the issue is with my car. They seem to be just really good people, which is the best recommendation you can have in my book! Great prices and great work as well.

Whoah these guys are amazing! After taking a small project - cutting down and painting a front fender for my Triumph Bobber - to several shops, they were so nice to happily take it on for me. I dropped it off Friday and to my surprise, they'd completed it on Monday and charged me almost half what I'd expected. The quality is perfect and the turnaround time kinda blew me away. You don't get this kind of service anymore these days, especially in the auto industry. I cannot recommend them enough.

When I called in to ask about and get an estimate for a broken door hinge on my 79 buick the guy was smirky and told me I don't think we're working on 79 buicks today but thanks for calling in goodbye! what a jerk those auto body places can be like they don't give a hoot about you unless it's a big job they can make a lot of money off of you and brush you off like a piece of trash or dandruff I call that great reputation and service I will find a smaller more customer oriented place that has friendly service don't recommend.

This place should be closed down and condemned. Totally ripped off with my insurance claim. Unsafe repairs that required multiple trip returns to have things corrected. The owner just kept putting his hands up in the air as if he had no idea what was going on. Been exactly an entire year since my fender bender and have now had to spend more money and time going to the dealership to fix what he couldn't.

My advice for the owner Matt is to retire and move on to something else he might actually be good at. Terrible experience on every level! Update: its has now been 2 years since I went to this place and my dealership is still discovering structural defects that were not corrected or repaired from the original date of service. Had to replace 4 new tires that were out of alignment twice before they found a bent piece of metal that was left unattended.

I had them check my car multiple times and Speed's kept reassuring me that things were safe and sound. Do yourself s favor and stay away from these con artists that call themselves mechanics.

I had a run in with my carport and pulled my bumper loose. My sister took the car in to get an estimate. While she was there, they fixed the problem and refused to take any money. She said the owner and staff were so nice. They will certainly have my business in the future.

Unfortunately my car was hit while it was parked and I had to take it in for repairs. The ladies in the office are super nice and my car got repaired very quickly and looked like new!

Speed's has worked on my car a few times and it has always been a great experience. They made the process easy to understand, took care of working with my insurance, and the turn around time was very reasonable.

100% Five Star body shop. I left my car at 8am and picked up at 9am with perfectly done and incredible low price.

Giving a one star review because I couldn't give a zero star review. Speeds auto told me they could turn my car around in 3 days, didn't even start on the work for 7 days, ended up taking 22 days to complete and then immediately tried to start to charge me $75 dollars a day for storage when I was on vacation. In what world could it ever cost $75 dollars a day to store a car. I could get a car an Air BnB in the city for that amount, either they are putting my car up in the Marriott or it's just plain extortion. AVOID SPEEDS AT ALL COSTS!

Wow. What a spectacular job repairing my very smashed driver's side fender/taillight - and under the initial estimate! Matt was deliberate, insightful, but not pressuring during the very stressful time of getting initial estimates. If I had any quibble it would be for more updates during the repairs, but I shouldn't have worried because Matt and his team did a world-class job.

He was also willing to stay late on several occasions to let me get to the shop from my work in Beaverton. The scores of customer thank-you's underneath the glass of the front desk are well deserved. Thank you, Speed's.

This is a great place to take your car If you need fixings. I got my car back looking great, and Matt is a very nice guy, helped me out with my car and answered all my questions that I had. If my car ever needs to be fixed again I will be taking it back here.
