Don's Auto Repair

Called and made an appointment for a simple oil change. Went in early to drop it off (wasn't even in a hurry to get back all day) and was told they couldn't get me in at all that day and to try again tomorrow. I didn't even get any sort of courtesy call and had to drive 15 minutes across town. What's the point of an appointment if you're going to make other appointments? Seems like a very unorganized operation. Edit.

If you don't take appointments then why did your employee tell me to come in the next day at 9? Sounds like an appointment to me but maybe you shouldn't say that if you don't take appointments.

Fantastic experience! Don got me in when all the other places were booked a week out. Very thorough and called me promptly as soon as he knew what was in need of repair. Fixed my power steering cooler in record time! I will definitely be back!

I had to get my brakes replaced last minute because they were completely shot and decided to go here because I saw the good reviews, and I must say I was not disappointed. Don was such a nice guy and made sure that I got in quick and was taken care of. If you need some work done on your vehicle, then I highly recommend this place. They are very honest, nice, and willing to do what they can to make sure you have a good experience. Again, I highly recommend it.

I have been taking my vehicle here for all repairs for the last 5 years. Don and his team put in alot of effort to make sure job gets done right. Don always gives you a call about what repairs/service you need to get fixed. Plus he gets most of his parts with lifetime warranty and if part has issues you just need to pay for labor to replace. Can't go wrong with going to an auto shop where the owner is there to also help his team and work on your vehicle too when needed!

Don was extremely professional and kept me updated about everything even though it's power was out he called me every day to tell me what his plan was and what he was doing and he even came in Olean Monday to get the car done I dropped it off on a Friday after hours he informed me that my tie rod needed to replace but still let me choose to do it or not. Would recommend for anyone

Not only did they fix problems and issues that a service dealer turned a shoulder to, they gave me and my partner a ride home so we didn't have to stay and wait for the repair!
