Murray's New & Used Tire

Great experience. The reception staff was friendly. I took my 2019 Colorado, for a possible tire balancing. Truck was shaking upon acceleration. After mechanic inspected and test drove truck with me. He diagnosed truck with "Chevy stutter" (common transmission issue with newer Chevys) and a tire balance was not going to fix the problem. Everyone who helped me was honest and knowledgeable.

The owner even went the extra mile and provided me with a letter documenting their finding and possible cause. I would definitely recommend this business for their honesty and willingness to help.

I had 2 new tires I needed installed. I called local tire shops. I was quoted $100 by impatient employees. My appointment was canceled due to a broken tire machine. I called Murray's Tire. What a difference! Frienly, helpful and $43 and some change! No appointment needed. I was treated so kindly. Definitely worth the drive to Raleigh.

I had a Tire that was going flat. The usual place I go was already closed so I called Murray's at the last minute and they gladly said they would take me in even though it was going to be after hours by the time they finished the tire. The staff was very helpful but Damon ( my guardian angel in Bay 3)was was wonderful and friendly and polite and courteous. With a HUGE smile on his face he told me he would take care of me. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Good service but long wait for alignment. I waited 3 hours to get my alignment. I was one of the first customers that day. I still had to wait 3 hours for the alignment. I was not given an estimate for 3 hours. Otherwise I would not wait that long and waste half of my day at your shop. Thanks for the response, but your shop needs better scheduling and setting better expectations. The alignment is always a problem there. You might need more than just two people for that task. Excellent and prompt service. Everyone I came in contact with was super helpful and respectful. It's a large place, so even though it looks really busy, they work very efficiently to service vehicles in a timely manner. The service technician who worked on my vehicle took time to explain the service performed and provided a computer generated print out of diagnostics. I didn't leave feeling like I had been had or bamboozled. I will be returning with my other vehicles when they need service. Super satisfied!

I came very excited due to the reviews. It seems most places are negligent when you are not watching the work. Something gets missing or goes broke that no one is accountable for. Well I did love how welcoming and considerate they all were. We were offered bottles of water, tea, and hot chocolate. I love how they even covered the bill for another passenger in need.

It was all heart warming even down to the affordable rates. The wait, I did not mind. I had found my place, until, a lack of integrity popped up. My tire sensor was broken after I left with no recourse to let's fix what was broken. I don't feel I need to argue what the right thing that should be done. I will fix it but wishing I had found a place I could relax and let down my guard. The tires were great but the fact that I was lied to hurt and now I will have another bill is a disappointment.

Another great experience at Murray's. Friendly, competent and trustworthy! That's why I'll drive over 20 mikes to have a leaking tire checked. I can trust that they will only do what needs to be done and not anything unnecessary!

It was the best experience I've had with a car repair shop. I'm still raving about it. Also, I've told several people about it. Antonio was wonderful. Explained everything that needed to be done, and things that could wait. Truly a great experience. You are now "my car experts". Thank you.

I usually don't even bother reviewing auto shops, but this place was amazing. Got me in and out very quick, and everyone was constantly checking up on me asking if I needed anything. Mechanic was really good, walked me through the exact issue (last place didn't program my TPMS correctly), and also found a nail in my tire, which was patched quickly. Definitely will come back.

This was my first time at Murray's Tire and Auto Service and i was completely amazed at how friendly everyone is there. I even had a mechanic help me park because their parking lot is kinda tight. Such an amazing experience! Prices were great too! I will for sure go back for anything i need purely for the friendly service i recieved. Ashley the receptionist was so friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Every time I go there for an alignment- they are quick. And their Alignment tech Josh - amazing job. Alignments are always spot on! Thank you! AND I met Murray yesterday - he was doing cleaning and helping out wherever he needed to help. As the owner of the shop being willing to do that is just simply amazing.

Gary and his staff are amazing! I have been a long time customer with all of my vehicles and never leave there without being fully taken care of and at very fair prices. I had the best experience at Murrays, and I wish I would have found them sooner. They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday at 4 p.m. before they closed at 5. I got a used tired and alignment for an extremely affordable price! Highly recommend this place for all car needs!

Great service! I was assisted super quick, very friendly staff and great pricing on my two tires. By far the best place I have ever been to for used tires. Looking at the other services they offer the prices seemed great. I came with my wife and kids and they had a snack machine plus complimentary coffee and water as well as a couple of TVs to keep the kiddos distracted.

My car is driving great and the used tires they provided were practically new but way cheaper than new tires. Recommend 100% and I will be coming back for my future car repair needs.
