Caused damage to my car they said they would repair. I brought my car in, instead of repairing the damage they caused, they claimed to have found something else wrong, claimed to have repaired it without first having mee agree to repair. I paid for the repair anyway, only to find that my car is the same as it was when I brought it in. Be careful working with this auto repair shop

This place initially seemed good but I soon found out I was wrong. I way overpaid for my starter, it cost me like $540 and I couldn't believe it cost so much. Only good thing was they finished it that day but it still took them 2 labor hours to do it. On top of this my wife returned like a week later for an oil change but she isn't free until like 3:30, and the guy told her he only takes cars after 3.
She told him her schedule was tight and he flat out said he couldn't help her rudely. Even the other customer there seemed surprised. I noticed other folks with bad reviews are Latino or some minority, my wife is from Mexico so I am not sure if the guy is discriminatory or not but something to consider.

I got my oil change here last year, and I plan on going again. It's close to work, and they get the change done on time. If you're worried, the answer is: Yes, they're honest people. They gave me a call before completing the oil change to inform me that the price may be a bit steeper than expected due to the use of synthetic oil. It's something I expected but I appreciated the transparency.
They have a rewards system and scratch of ticket system as a fun way to encourage customer loyalty. In my opinion, the incentives are not enough to warrant a return solely based on their incentives, but at least they offer something!

Got my car inspected got a red safety sticker due to my exhaust being what they say is too loud. Now they have an employee who is driving around with dual exhaust louder than my exhaust with a passing sticker so I think that is bias. For the last 8 years I have never had an issue with passing inspection with my exhaust. The one time that I go somewhere new I get hit for a safety rejection sticker.
Normally I would have been on my way and said forget it. I am just really perturbed due to the fact that there are employees there that have passing stickers with the same exhaust or louder exhaust because he's or dual exhaust I only have a single exhaust and I get a rejection sticker. Also I would like to know I was told that the law changed and that is the reason why I was given a rejection sticker so when I went in and I checked for the Massachusetts section 16 law the law did not change it's still the same I still have my dampers in my bath towels in my exhaust which keeps it out of low decibel level rather than a high decibel level.

Went here to get my new car inspected and whomever inspected it punctured a hole in my passenger seat! The owner refused to take ANY responsibility for it. When I tried to handle the situation with him he was nasty towards me and thought he could belittle me and question me about my own car. I DO NOT recommend this place at all to anyone!
