What a perfect experience. I looked all over the city for someone to do a repair on my "Rug Doctor". I had almost given up until I called and contacted the owner of this business. She had a girl name Eva call me to set up a consultation for repairs. From that point on it was the best experience I could've ever imagined. Everything was done exactly the way she said it would be and it was done faster than we anticipated.

When I picked it up they were both there, extremely pleasant and really beautiful. It was like a dream come true. It's so nice to know businesses like this are still around. They had me at hello. If you're looking for a place that takes care of all the flooring needs that they provide I highly recommend them.

Great customer service almost does not exist. anymore. Amber, Eva, and Jason were such a professional friendly team. They all provided useful information. It's good to know they have been in service for years and I know my family and I will be customers for a long time.

We are sorry that we did not perform to your satisfaction. We have to stand by our franchisees when a customer calls them stupid. This situation should have been handled better by both parties.

I'm 100% satisfied with the service that Professional Polish provided at our storage facility. Amber, Steve and crew arrived when scheduled and completed a concrete floor sealing job as promised. I would highly recommend this company and their products!
