My car was stolen on May 3, 2022. I was able to recover it with the help of my insurance company. Rich at Superior Import Repair received my car, and began checking it over very soon. He ordered the ignition, battery and stolen fuses and worked with my insurance company to get paid right away. I think Superior is, in fact, Superior and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. Rich leads a great team. Thank you so much for going the extra mile (or two) to get my car into shape for driving again.

I've been taking my suby to Superior Import for more than 5 years for routine maintenance, it's obvious these folks care about the work they do! Rich and the team are always willing to answer my questions and they inform me of all my options when something needs to be done. When I lost my last car, he even helped guide me through the process of buying another, making sure I found one that fit my budget and my needs!

These guys are super legit. So friendly and dedicated to doing the right thing. I wish there was a mechanic this kind and competent for my Land Rover back in Austin. Brought in a little cash Outback I'd bought and they did what was needed, explained what had been deferred, didn't sell anything unnecessary, and got it all done in just 2 days! They polished my lights and told me if it didn't last they'd re do at no charge. There's a reason for the high rating.take your Suby here with 0 reservations!

Richy and the crew at Superior are absolutely awesome! We had our 2002 Subaru Forester for 15 years and 200k miles all thanks to the team here. The only reason we don't have our Subaru anymore is because we were hit from behind and it was totaled. I know if we still had our Subaru, Richy would have kept here running for at least another 100k miles! Richy is unbelievably honest when it comes to telling you what work is a priority and what can wait, with reasonable prices and accurate quote ranges for the work. You can tell that Richy and his team really care about what they do, and love to keep Subarus on the road as long as possible. Go here with no hesitation!

Echoing everyone else here, but I truly appreciate this business. Over the past year or so I've taken in my car several times for general repairs and oil changes, and each time they complete the work in a timely manner and charge, seemingly, an inexpensive amount. The customer service is also great! If I ever venture to ask any questions about specific parts or what a repair entails, they are always able to answer my questions in a manner that lacks condescension. I will continue to take my car here as long as I remain in Portland.
