These guys are awesome. It's never fun when you have to go through the process of getting an insurance claim and not having your vehicle while also having to trust that the job is being done properly. Everyone there was more than helpful in answering any and all questions, they communicated constantly about what to expect and where we were at in the process, while also helping me navigate through the insurance claim. I would highly highly recommend. My car looks amazing. They have good reviews for a reason- give them a try!

I am the coowner of a vehicle that was repaired here in December. Overall the experience was bad, I was left incredibly frustrated and the repair work was not even complete. Although the repair work was well done, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I have heard good things about Action Auto, but after my experience I would recommend waiting a bit longer for somewhere else.

If I could give this auto shop 10+ stars I would in a heart beat. They worked fast and my car literally looks brand new. Not only that but their employers went above and beyond to make sure I had my vehicle on time, even using their own parts to get my car to me quicker. My car came back clean and brand new. I hit a deer and totaled the right side cosmetically, when I got my car back you would never know that I hit a deer from how good of a job they did.

I'll refer this shop to everyone and anyone and I'll be sure to use them every time myself. They communicated with me effectively and answered all my questions with every call. Professional, caring and great quality work. Best auto shop in Missoula by far.

Hello are names are Eric and jenn brown we got some collision work done with the back ups in auto repair shops we still got in with very good care and fast friendly service I have used this place before but my husband hadn't I told him there the best they got us in and fast as they could they were very nice. They also needed a few more parts and called us 1st before they bought and did the work. We will continue to go see them for future service they are a 5.0 review for a reason thanks for your fast friendly caring service

I was scared of taking my car into any shop and letting it out of my sight. Action auto body took my situation and made the best of it. they worked great with the difficult insurance company and made my car look brand new. I nearly cried seeing her fixed up again. Not to mention they cleaned about 4 road trips worth of bugs and sap off my windshield! excellent staff, service, and experience!

Someone hit my sons car and they fixed it and were very nice but then he got into another accident and was totalled based on what they said so waiting for my Insurance company took sometime and they finally sent a truck and these guys charged 800 storage! Never once were we told that was going to happen! In fact I've called many auto body shops and they all said it was BS! So watch your back!

I made an appointment to have my sons car painted and also a couple of minor repairs. The day of the appointment we chose not to have the car painted but still get the minor issues taken care of. Action Body not only did a great job refurbishing the super yellowed scratched headlights and fix the bumper but went ahead and buffed out the body of the car. It made a big difference for the little car. $50! for all. Action Auto Body goes out of their way for you, and they are nice too!

This shop is really as good as it gets. I am a truck driver for a living here in Missoula and I've been around dozens of vehicles and motorcycles for the last 15 years. These guys have done two jobs for me now. The owner (Darr) is polite and honest. He shows up to work early every day and keeps his word. They employ solid individuals with oustanding attention to detail and friendly attitudes. Get your work done here and don't look back!
