I've owned cars since I was sixteen. I've been going to shops just as long. Never in my life have I had a better experience with an auto shop. The staff, and especially the owner, Mark, treated me with respect and genuinely wanted to help somve mg problem WITHOUT trying extract every last penny out of me. Their diagnosis and analysis is top notch.

Mark is genuine, generous with his time, thoughtfully comuunicative, incredibly knowledgeable, and above all HONEST. The last shop I went to lied about missing parts, marked-up parts over 100%, and tried to sell incredibly expensive unnecessary work. It's such a refreshing change to be treated right. I wish I'd started using Harmony Motorworks sooner. I'll never use another shop again.

They did fantastic work, above and beyond what was asked. Came in to get my AC serviced for a trip to the east side. They were able to fit an oil change in as well. They also filled my window washer fluid without me asking and the prices were more than fair. I was very very impressed with their level of work and attention to detail. Definitely will be using them again for an service on my BMW I need in the future. 10/10

My VW Beetle stalled while parking at work and wouldn't start up again. Eventually had it towed to Harmony. Quick assessment and repair (positive battery cable replacement.) What I appreciated most was that they separated the MUST DO issues (to get the vehicle back on the road) from the CAN DO issues (things that may also require attention at some point.) The business side of things were smooth and efficient - Text notifications, online invoice and payment, etc. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a shop for our teenage daughter's first oil change. I chose Harmony as they have a good reputation. Scheduling was easy, and the service was done on time. They are kind and honest. We have been taking our 2007 BMW 650i to Harmony since we bought it a few years ago. We'd had some recurring alerts, completely unrelated to one another, each one a false alert. Somehow Harmony was able to figure out all the alerts had a common nexus, a fuse holder. We've not had a problem since. These guy are good! Did I also mention they're organized, polite and friendly to work with. I have also been impressed the care they've taken to protect their customers and themselves during the pandemic.
