Sad to say, I had a very bad experience with this company. I took my Porsche Macan in for new brakes. A few days after the service, I started experiencing some issues that felt like the tires were wobbling. When I called to share my issues, the lady was very offensive and pretty much stated that THEY DID EVERYTHING RIGHT and acted like I was trying to blame them for something they did wrong.

That wasn't the case at all. When they put the tires back on my car, they didn't balance out the air in the tires which caused some driving challenges-simple fix right? The gal spoke to me as if I didn't know and understand the car that I'd been driving the past 4 years. She treated me horribly. So I took my car into Tacoma Porsche because after a few more days, it seemed like the car was now pulling to the right every time I pressed the brakes.

I dared not take it back to Rolfs to deal with them again. They treated me like trash. Chris at Tacoma Porsche told me that Rolfs installed AFTER MARKET BRAKE PADS which can be problematic sometimes; they are safe, but can cause issues and wear down faster than genuine pads. Here's the thing, I asked TWO people at Rolfs and I was told that they only used genuine Porsche parts because they were difficult to get them aftermarket.

I even asked the guy who shuttled me to my office when I dropped off my car about the parts and he told my the same thing. To make matters worse, these brakes now squeal HORRIBLY when I compress the brakes. Lesson learned - only go to the dealership going forward.

Welcome 2022 what a refreshing experience. From start to finish the experience at Rolfs was seamless. Intake and estimate were fast, a very thorough inspection from the mechanic that was detailed with timely results. The customer service is always top notch and the follow-up calls are the icing on the cake.

I have been taking my Mercedes to Rolf's for years. They always inform me of what needs to be done and how much it will cost up front. They are thorough, honest and do great work. Their service is excellent and the staff is amazing. Service: General repairs & maintenance

We took our BMW here to get work done.they are very over priced. After they looked at our car they told us there was like 6 extra things wrong with our car, which I didn't belive. They give you a print out of the work, we took our car for a second opinion, come to find out they were wrong! We didn't need any of the extra work they recommended. be careful! They over charge!

I took my Mercedes Benz to this company to get fixed after paying $4,500 I was pretty happy and everything was working so I thought. Three weeks later I hear a crunching noise in the front right area so naturally I take it back to the company to figure out what's going on after dropping it off only 10 minutes Cassandra calls me and starts accusing me of getting into a car accident. having too many leaves underneath my car mind you there was a storm that day and also letting somebody else drive my car.

Her accusations very unprofessional if I wanted to drive my car to New York every single week and back that's my prerogative It's my car! We didn't ask to be accused or put on Judge or trial all we wanted to do was get our car fixed again. I ended up taking my car to another company and University Place and they did an amazing job it was just a small adjustment.

So this is pretty much a heads up if you take your car there and have to take it back good luck trying to get it fixed they will say anything and everything to get out of just taking a look at it thanks for nothing guys and thanks for the accusations and making us feel that way. great job and customer service Cassandra! If you are my employee you would be fired for making my customers feel that bad.

Just got my f30 bmw 335i back from Rolfs, they did a small cooling system overflow repair. They also installed my new high end Corsa performance exaust system from the catalytic converter back. Once again their work has far exceeded my expectations. Cassandra in the front office as usual was above and beyond a true pleasure to deal with, up front and communicated all the details and costs so I knew exactly the costs and timeline without having to ask. Brandon was the technician who did the installation of the exaust, he is a true mechanical artist and the results spoke for itself. Attention to detail was very obvious. If you want a repair shop to do it right the first time, definitely use Rolfs in pierce County, Washington state.

My first experience with Rolf's. Of course as we all do we go by online reviews, which are great. I have an old Boxster which needed an oil change and inspection. Upon walking in I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate customer service I experienced. Kassandra was great! She answered all my questions and gave me detailed information about my car.

We bring our vehicles in because we cannot or won't perform the needed maintenance. So trust and honesty is what we hope for. They treated my old weekend car like a high end 911. More importantly, they treated me with respect. That's all we really want. correct? Service was done quickly and professionally. Very happy with Rolf's. I highly recommend them!

I've been taking my Range Rover to Rolf's for a little over a year now, and I have nothing but positive experiences! Owning my vehicle was new to me and Rolf's has always been very informative. They work tooth and nail for you and your vehicle to make sure they give great service! Going above and beyond for their customers is an under statement. I feel like family every time I walk in the door and being greeted by name is just awesome!

I will definitely be a life customer with all my foreign vehicles! Highly recommend this place to ANYONE who wants amazing customer service with fair prices in a family environment!
