Poor Customer service from these guys, im sure they have their days, but i simply called to get a quote, asked to speak to someone in service, waited for 5 mins to be attended, but when i finally spoke to someone, i had been transferred to parts, who was also having a bad day i guess. transferred back to the receptionist, which answered with an attitude when i asked to speak to someone in service again because i had been transferred incorrectly so i just hung up. I hope someone in managment sees this review, Just be better.

The best customer service I've experience in years. The office staff, the shop employees and the manager were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. Bob Ruiz diagnosed the turbo actuator problem, explained the resolution and had it ordered, replaced and ready to roll in less than a week at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

Came in from NYC with our school bus, had major issues, had to get towed there. Tow guy said Bob is one of the best in the area and he is. Fixed our bus in a few days, very happy with the service, highly recommend!

They are called the "DIESEL EXPERT" for as good reason, you can't go wrong with the team and Bob. They call you back with follow-ups and updates so you don't have to chase them. I have been to many Cummins dealers/repair shops and this is the place for now on. Thanks to the team (including Melissa returning all my calls) and Bob to put me back on the road at a very reasonable price.
