I called Allstate to repair my lower rear window in October. They came to my home to do the repair the same day but it took long because they brought the wrong glass. Within 2 months it's leaking. I have to go the their shop (I live in MD) for them to look at it. They did not listen to me because I am a woman, and was told the leak was from my rear windshield wiper.
The leak came from between the spoiler and the lower glass when I put water on it, not the windshield wiper. Dirty waiting room with staff not wearing masks or not wearing them correctly. I lost 4 hours of my valuable time from work to be treated like I'm stupid. Very frustrating experience. I do not recommend!

After calling to different Auto glass companies I came upon these guys. The person on the phone Vali was a real gentleman and helped me with all my questions. He gave me a great estimate and scheduled my job. The crew showed on the day on time and they were very pleasant to work with.
